They took the time to explain what was happening, worked efficiently, and resolved the issue thoroughly. I really appreciated their clear communication and attention to detail. Really helpful and such a kind people! Humberto Royal helped alot to change all the broken toilet pipes and explained very easily.

We just got a new appliance and had to refit our water valves. Brandon came out did a competitive quote and finished the work the same day. Great service and excellent work.

The plumber, Mike Dane, who came out did a great job of explaining the issue and possible solutions. Fixed the issue very quickly.

Elijah did a great job… showing up quickly and timely, and figuring out what was causing the clog, followed by resolving it and getting us back up and running.

Quick and professional. They replaced our water heater and intake pipes on the same day that we called them. Everything looks great and works great!!

I needed work done on the bathtub faucets in all 3 of my bathrooms. Arnold Valadez came by to give us a free estimate and was very professional and courteous. Jose Ponce came the next day to perform the work and was equally professional and courteous. Both employees wore disposable shoe covers while entering the house. They were very knowledgeable with all of the questions I had. I did notice that my faucet handle was a bit wiggly and Jose came out the next day to fix it and was just as friendly as the first day. I will use John Padilla Plumbing in the future and I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

One thing to note is that the faucets Arnold Valadez offered from the catalog during his quote were not the same model as what they installed. Both brands were Moen, but I would have rather had the more modern style that was shown to us from the catalog. It wasn't until after they were finished when I noticed they weren't the same.

Great technician. Quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us several options to fix it. He corrected it on the spot. We will call you for ant future problems.

I liked that they sent a name and picture of the technician before he showed up. Very professional and safe. I had my toilet augered.

This company far exceeded my expectations by replacing an exterior water spigot and a water valve and not only did the job the same day, but did an outstanding job. Mike and Javier were both extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and honest. I will definitely come back to this company for any future plumbing services. Thanks guys. 👍🏼

Updating my review because the company did come out and remedy the situation. Giving back 3 stars because even though it had been 2 years since the original work the GM called me and was himself very upset. You can see the difference in how the pipes were initially installed to how they look now. It has an appropriate slope to the sewer, seems to be attached with new hardware and all is well. I’m still not happy that this cost me a lot of time and stress but the quick response and willingness to come out right away to correct this is very much appreciated. I was not expecting them to do that.

Initially thought highly of these guys but I’m updating my review to 1 star because I’ve now had to go back under the house to see what was happening. Turns out the company I thought so highly of for fixing some old pipes used the same old rusty brackets the old pipes were attached to and now they started to break and the new pipe is sagging to the point of drainage not working properly. Installing a new bracket seems like something you shouldn’t even have to ask about. This is just plain lazy and shows a complete lack of care in my opinion. I definitely will not be calling them again.

Jesus Perez has been my technician now twice and couldn't be more pleased with the service he and his company provided. Just like the first time on the second time he came to do more work he got everything done in a timely and clean manner and always let me see his work and ask questions before he finished up and left.

I called this company to have a whole house water filtration system installed. They set up an appointment for the next day to come check the place and to give me an estimate. The next morning I received a text message confirming the appointment. After that I received another text telling me that Arnold will be at my place within 30 minutes. In the thirty minutes Arnold arrived. He seemed to be very nice and polite person. he checked the area where I want the filter to be installed. and he gave me the information needed about the system and the job estimate. I told him to go ahead and order the filter and set up an appointment to come install it. They ordered the part. They called me back to set up an appointment to come install it. Which was three days after he came. Again, same thing, they communicated with me very well to set up the date and time. The technician Anthony Lopez showed up in the morning to take care of the job. It took them about 3-4 hours to complete it. After finishing the job, they cleaned the area where he worked. they also set up another appointment and 48 hours to come back to test everything and activate the system. They showed up in 48 hours to finish everything. everything is working so well and no issues so far. These people was very honest and Straight forward. They are very professional in every way. Whether in communication or timing and in the way they they do the job. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Thank you much John Padilla!
