We hired this plumbing company! Javier Balladares was our tech and he was amazing. Super nice and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend John Padilla Plumbing.

Jesus Perez came out to drain/flush my water heater and to replace the hot water valve. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He made quick work of the job and got us back to normal.

My water heater started leaking on Christmas Day and I knew who to call since I used John Padilla Plumbing last year. I called them first thing on 12/26 and scheduled service for 12/27. Brandon arrived on time, was very professional, walked me through the entire process of replacing the old water heater and bringing me up to code. I was most impressed with his personality and attitude. I am happy to say that I know who to call to help me with any plumbing issues in the future.

Elijah was awesome. Had a couple of conversations with him related to my home and plumbing. Was super knowledgeable, respectful and explained in great detail how to do something with regard to my garbage disposal. Highly recommend the company and Elijah

Yesterday John Padilla Plumbing technicians Jesus Perez and Joseph Turner installed a toilet and flushed a water heater at our home. They were knowledgeable, friendly, super efficient and could not have been more professional! They EARNED A 5-STAR RATING for sure. I will call John Padilla Plumbing in the future!

Been having issues with kitchen sink and one of the showers for a nice little minute. Had one plumber from another company come by and didn’t really do much of anything. This was a while back, then had a guy named Alejandro from John Padilla Plumbing come in today and he has done an amazing job with both the bathroom and the kitchen. Thanks to him his company and their professionally services this house hold can be a proper functioning home and well satisfied customer.

First of all, beware of great reviews, as this business sent me an email promising me $10 if I gave them a 5-Star Google review.

Ok, 15 year old water heater at my business started leaking AND the shutoff valve leaked as well...lots of water leaking out and can't stop it, on a Friday evening. They said earliest we can be there is 8 to 10 tomorrow morning. 10:15 the guy shows up, takes pictures, but has no actual plumbing equipment on his truck. He is an estimator only. Calls someone else, says he has to pick up the water heater from a warehouse and will have the entire job done by 2:00.

2:00 comes and still no plumber has arrived. I call again. "Oh, we are picking up the necessary stuff, there is a lot of moving parts". What? It's a very simple, standard 40 gal water heater and valve replacement, all copper pipes are exposed.

Guy shows up at 2:30 , finishes the job a 7pm, $3400 total. 40 gallon water heater, expansion tank, shutoff valve and copper pipes. Price is OK. Timing was not.

They did a great job on the install itself. So use them if you have time and it's not an emergency.

Chris came right away to check the water leak on my driveway and gave an estimate. He was not pushy or anything and very easy to do business with. He really took time in checking. The slab detection person was nice too. Lastly, Jesus who replaced the pipe and finished the work was really nice and I even asked for a military discount which I forgot to ask in the beginning. Plumbing issue is really expensive. It was my first time to deal with plumbing so I don't really know the usual pricing if it's overpriced or not. I hope I won't ever need to call them again.🤞But overall, I thank you guys for your quick action!

Jalen and Hunter were both great! They spent the time to diagnose the problem, patiently walk me through everything, and offered multiple options for fix and prevention. Great and friendly service!

We had a couple of slow drains and Mike Dane came out and fixed them quickly and efficiently. He was also very concise when explaining the various methods when it comes to descaling old pipes. Mike was also very professional and friendly. We enjoyed having him.

John Padilla plumbing installer being efficient is Brandon Pettway line of expertise as installer is fast serious, friendly with having good altitude cleanup the work area thoroughly after the job is done reliable and honest and knowledgeable. A good asset in team John Padilla plumbing that well deserve to be pat on the back on a job well done what a good experience with satisfaction I’ve got and surely I will use their services again! We had a great experience with John Padilla Plumbing. Both bathroom sinks’ supply lines were leaking and the faucets needed to be replaced. Jack Willett did a fantastic job installing the new faucets. Really appreciate the speedy response!

Jose with John Padilla plumbing did an excellent job fixing a broken valve in our shower. He was very thorough, professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

I recently had a terrible experience with this plumbing company when I called them for clogged toilets. Technician Omar showed up and only snaked the one of the toilets at first—didn’t bother with any connecting lines until I specifically asked him to (like why do I have to tell you to do the bare minimum). Even then, he didn’t fix the issue at all, but still charged me a whopping $700. On top of that, he claimed the problem required major work costing $8,600, which felt like a total upsell since he barely took the time to properly diagnose or explore the root cause.
Frustrated, I hired another plumber from All American Plumbing, and they quickly unclogged the connecting drain for just $150. Those guys were extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and professional—I highly recommend using them instead!
To make matters worse, while I was paying, Omar started asking super personal questions about my life, like if I was married or had kids. It was weird and made me feel really uncomfortable. Then he handed me his card with his personal number scribbled on the back. Totally unprofessional and creepy. Avoid this place at all costs! Sent numerous email about this, but dead silence from the company.

Sam did a great job on the installation of our tankless water heater, plumbing workmanship very neat and impressive. Both Sam and Jack tag teamed to remove the old and install the new to replace the same day. Both polite, respectful and informative, we would recommend John Padilla Plumbing.

I received excellent service for a water leak repair under my sink. My technician, Alejandro was professional, timely and provided great communication. Turned out I needed seals replaced and piping set back in place under disposal that had slid down from coupler, he didn’t try to upsell me which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this company. I will be using them for all future plumbing repairs.
