Early on, he pinpointed the thermostat issue in our two-week-old system but went above and beyond to try and fix it. He also provided quotes for other furnace repairs we needed. His friendly attitude was a big plus and I'd definitely recommend their service to anyone. About a fortnight later, I booked them to come over for a duct cleaning and furnace servicing. Given the age of our large house (built in the 1800s) with 18 vents and a furnace in a rather unusual location - the basement!
