I am a contractor and they are attempting to charge $155.00 to patch a ceiling. MASSIVE over charge, doing poor work on duck cleaning, only as far as they can reach, at $155.00 per hour>>>>>

I've used them over the years for fixes and maintenance, and last for a new front door installation that really made a difference! They are great at what they do, and the finish work is always professional.

I met with Mike Thomason, their field supervisor on Wednesday July 3rd to go over the proposed job. This was after waiting several days for him to come out, in town I might add. He listened to me and took pictures and said that he would get back to me. It is now over 2 weeks and I never heard back. Maybe it was too small or too big of a job, or something that they do not like to do, but the least that he could have done is let me know one way or another. This is poor customer service and I will look elsewhere.

If you want to lose your money, this is it. We called them and the handyman did not follow our instructions. It looked like the handyman was in a hurry and want to get things done quickly. We asked them to pull old TV cables in the hosue and the handyman was pulling telephone cables. We spent close to $200 just to fix a door stopper. Try someone else who can provide quality service at affordable prices

Ruben from this company did an excellent job when he and his worker demolished a existing retaining wall and removed the dirt behind it to make way for a new wall and concrete pathway around a air conditioner unit.

I have Handyman Unlimited out to my house about two times a month, They have completed large jobs from my electrical wiring on my outdoor living room, to recessed lighting and small jobs putting together furniture, they are always professional and prompt and may not be the cheapest but aren't the most expensive either. I had an emergency the other day and they came through, I think they are well worth it and highly recommend them, and I'm not the easiest customer to please

Handyman Unlimited built a block wall for us. Tom, Ruben and Jorge did an excellent job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and timely. We are very happy with the wall and plan to use their services in the future.

Handman Unlimted has been out to my home several times, and always on time. I’ve had an attic ladder/access put in, an outside faucet replaced, and had them repair my ceiling after a hole appeared because of a leaky AC unit. The hole happened while I was on vacation, a family member let them in and I came home to a complete and perfect repair with no mess left behind. I’ve felt great about their pricing, products, and their honesty about what I want done and what it’s gonna take.

Once again, Handyman Unlimited saves the day. Last night our water heater went out, and flooded part of the garage. They came out after hours to help. We drained the old water heater over night. This morning Cole came to install the new water heater and had us up and running with hot water quickly. Handyman Unlimited has handled several projects at my home and will always be our first call.

This company is great. I had them remodel a small kitchen in a condo that I rent to my daughter and grandchildren. I didn’t want my family to be out of their home too long and Tom got the job done in two weeks. I was amazed how professional all the workers were. They were on time, always left the place clean and kept me informed of the progress. I will definitely use them again.

I bought a home 4 months ago and nothing had been done in almost 25 years. Everything was original. So lots or work to do.
After interviewing numerous general contractors I went with Handyman Unlimited as they did a bathroom remodel at the old home with great results.
Long story short,we took everything down to the drywall. The house is now our palace. I've heard plenty of horror stories with GC's but it couldn't have gone any better (although we might of got carried away with our wish list). They showed up when they were supposed to and there were very few down days. Great scheduling for sure.
I would highly recommend them to anyone that was looking for any type of general contracting work.

5 STARS, EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS! Tom Cardona (owner) and his handymen absolutely killed it! We gave Tom a rather large task list with a very tight deadline and on very short notice. We put all our trust and faith in one man (and his company) and he delivered in a big way! Literally finished a total kitchen remodel, floor replacement, interior paint, canned lights with numerous add-on tasks (bathroom update with new finishes, fireplace and drywall projects, hanging flat screen TVs and many other odds and ends) within a month's time before we needed the house to move in. We're extremely satisfied and beyond thrilled with our new home. Will be using Tom and his crew again and again!

Trustworthy, dependable, efficient, responsive, communicative, transparent, affordable, reasonable, professional are just a few words that come to mind in dealing with Tom and his peeps.

Its hard for me to imagine others having a negative experience, but our dealings were almost exclusively with Tom (likely because of the size and scope of the job) and was always on time, always responsive and always fair. The Mrs. also wants me to point out that Tom's handymen were also extremely professional, respectful, pleasant, on-time and communicative. They were essentially an extension of Tom and that was much appreciated. Tom does what he says, doesn't make surprises and was always a call or text away during the entire process. We did a couple walk throughs together and if we pointed something out, he would agree and fix it. Just an absolute pleasure.

Have some repair tasks around the house and you weren’t sure who to contact - not just plumbing or electrical or roofing but not big enough for a full blown remodeling contractor? That was my situation and Handyman Unlimited was my solution. I had dry rot in some major roof beams and they replaced them expertly. The company’s philosophy is relationship building - serving customers for the long term - small jobs and large jobs and anything in-between. I should add that Handyman Unlimited is a full contractor so they can do any type of remodeling or new construction. They are the answer to so many of my fix up/replace/add on situations.
