Tristan quickly assessed the situation, made recommendations including multiple product possibilities, and efficiently replaced the filter. He is easy to work with, seems very knowledgeable, and really saved the day!

I called orca Swimming pools to schedule an appointment to service my broken Hayward pump. When I called we discussed possible issues including electrical. The cost of a new pump was going to be over 2K but over the phone we were able to source a back up breaker that had tripped on the exterior of the home. orca could have easily came out and charged me but instead offered great professional advice to solve what could have been a very expensive repair. I will call orca pools 100% of the time for any future pool needs.
