We have a very old outdoor BBQ Grill and it stopped working completly . We found this company on google. It was really quick response. The person who picked up the phone was very knowledgeable. And they sent a service man the same day . In 60 min my BBQ Grill was as good as new . I highly recommend this company .

Very easy to set up an appointment, got someone to come out quickly and they fixed the issue with an ice maker right away.

Not at all happy with the unprofessionalism by Jorge the service tech. He is suppose to be their best tech. I scheduled him to come out bc my fire pit was not working. First of all he was late. And then when he arrived he tried to start it and said it’s the transformer you need a new one. He didn’t look at anything or take anything apart. And then he said he was going to his car to make a phone call and he left. When I called him he said the office would get back to me on Monday. Flora at the office was helpful after I argued Monday about his service and also still not having a report from him. To make a long story short what he said it was it wasn’t. And if I had ordered the part he told me to order it would’ve been for nothing bc it was a completely different part. They gave me $25 off the service call fee for the inconvenience. Honestly I should not have been charged. But if didn’t argue bc Flora was helpful. I will not use again and will not refer out to other clients of mine.

BBQ Repair Doctor and failed to solve my ignition problem. He said he would quote me on actually fixing it, and then completely ghosted me. I tried calling and email with no responses. Basically, he ripped me off for the call-out fee and then ghosted.

Repair for my Weber grill. The service guy had the part on the truck, so no need for a second visit. Service call was easy to set up. On-time and was fast but thorough.

BBQ Dr.’s technicians were very professional and did a fantastic job. BBQ is 10 years old and now looks “like new” Highly recommended to anyone considering their services

I have a highly specialized grill that the technician had not before worked seen in his 15+ years, but it didn’t matter. He diagnosed the problem and fixed with ease. Plus he provided future maintenance suggestions. My experience was fantastic. I highly recommend BBQ Repair Doctor.

They did not replace what I eventually learned were the heat shields that go under the burners. Very messy. No drop cloth.Lied about replacing battery that is difficult on DCS barbecue. When I called was told they had no one available to properly put it back together. Never called back. Had to pay another person to help me. Spent an hour hosing grease off my patio.

The gentleman was completely professional and he did an excellent job of thoroughly cleaning my grill. Although some parts of my grill could stand to be replaced, he did not attempt to upset me rather he offered me options. I will use this company's service again.

Absolutely awful. It has been 6 weeks since they have been out to my house. First, they told me they didn't know what kind of bbq I had so couldn't find the parts. Then, they asked me to send pics (even though they were already out to my house) so they could find the parts. Then, they said they would order the parts. 3 weeks later, nothing. Oh, and good luck getting someone to actually call you back. It just does not happen. There are other companies out there that are far better that I will be reaching out to. I read the prior reviews on this company and figured I'd give them a chance. Or two chances. Or three chances. Or four. But not another.

Major Home Appliance got someone to my house the next day. They were communicative and fixed it so that I could avoid a delay of waiting for replacement parts and went above and beyond. Totally recommend them.

Flora is great and very personable. She sent a technician out who took care of everything. Very thorough, didn't rush and took his time. I was so pleased that we set up routine maintenance every 4 months.

I run a large home in Bel Air. The vendors I bring in MUST BE TOP NOTCH and BBQ Repair Doctor fits that bill. Not only have they saved the day numerous times for my BBQs, they also do Home Appliance Repair and know the ins and outs of every make and model on the premises. They are never too busy to help me and always get me the parts I need for a fast resolution to the problem. True service with a smile.

My BBQ has never looked so good! I needed a new hose from the tank, and the access panel was stuccoed in place. No problem! Panel removed, hose and regulator replaced, an my whole BBQ area looks like new! I definitely recommend.

Really pleasant and have the customer’s best interests in mind. I called to ask for help with my new grill, and instead of charging me to come out and service it (which I gladly would have paid) they worked with me on the phone fix it. For free. I will definitely trust them with all of my business going future.

They just don’t pick up their phone, or return calls, plain and simple. I can’t believe these types of businesses made it through the last two years. I will also be filing a complaint with the CA Bureau of Household Goods and Services and BBB to receive a refund for the in-home estimate charge that is supposed to be applied to any repairs, and hopefully the company is investigated.

We’ve been using this company in the past few years and highly recommend them! Couldn’t be happier with services they provide.
They have been servicing our grill every summer. We had our dryer break down and they came out the same day to repair it. They also fixed our dishwasher. Very professional company that offers any type of appliance repair!

Charged $175 to apply towards parts & repair of my barbeque. Ordered Feb. 20th & today is April 4th & still nothing!!!! Was told 1 week to 10 days & I've been calling every week since and they just keep saying sorry parts aren't here yet! Company is ripping me off so beware!

Dealing with BBQ Repair Doctor for a month now has been the worst experience of my life, constantly calling their office to get an update, leaving them messages, I have only received one phone call back from them that was after the technician inspected my BBQ to informed me they were working on getting ready the repair estimate, up until now I have NOT received the estimate, however, they have charged my credit card twice already the fee of $175 to inspect the BBQ, amount that they say will be applied to the repairs bill, well they have NOT done any repairs and they just charged another $150 all charges without any authorization.
I am asking BBQ Repair Doctor to please refund the amount you have charged me, remove my credit card number from your files and let me go on with my life. Thank you

Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your $I50

Earlier this summer the rep came over to my house and told what was wrong with my bbq and that he will order the parts.and he charged me $I50 for the visit. After several weeks I called them to check the status of the parts and I was told they are on back order. A few weeks later I called and was told the same thing. I asked for a call back however nobody called me back. This happened 5 times. Today is September 21st and when I called I was told that the parts were never ordered because they don’t order parts unless the customer approves and pays first.
I was very upset and told the customer service rep how I feel and that I will be leaving them a review about their service.
it should be noted that I am a business owner myself and I know how damaging a bad review can be so I am very hesitant to leave a bad review but this company has given me no choice. Now I have to try and get back the $I50 they charged me for the initial visit that was supposed to be counted towards the repair.
Update. While I was writing this review which is after I hung up the representative called me back saying that she was mistaken and that the part will be here in a week. She said she will email me the detailed estimate but I haven’t received it yet. Im not sure if this is because I threatened a bad review for the first time or a miracle happened. It’s the first time in 2 months that someone calls me back. Anyway. Let’s see what happens.

BBQ Repair Doctor was great! Returned my vm within 30 minutes. Showed up a bit late, but called to let me know. My 15-year old built-in grill looks brand new and I honestly don't remember it ever grilling any better! I'd strongly recommend BBQ Repair Doctor.
