Been waiting for 7 weeks for a part quote. Ended up spending $375 for a gas valve replacement. Almost everyone I spoke to was incredibly rude except the technician. I had call back 5 times only to threaten to issue a chargeback on my credit card to finally get them to send me a quote. Do not use this company, incredibly unprofessional and way too slow.

Management was not happy I submitted a review and called quite a bit defensive about the experience we were provided. I appreciated the attempt to resolve the issue but was disappointed in the execution. She apologized but was adamant about taking this review down. I was not willing to do so and asked that we end the experience here and process a refund. They were not willing to do so but we are not continuing our service with them.

These people are the best! The contractor who installed my Viking BBQ (Custom Design & Construction in El Segundo) supported it simply with 2x4s - UNTREATED!!! With the heat a Viking can generate it's a wonder I didn't have a fire! I called BBQ Repair Doctor because my BBQ needed cleaning and a couple of repairs, as well as it had started sagging into the BBQ island. BBQ Repair Doctor not only cleaned and repaired it so it was in perfect working order but, because it had never been supported correctly, they also build an entire treated wood & metal support structure to house it safely! If you look at the pictures of the damage, you can see the sagging left-front is below the top of the marble counter-top, whereas the completed repair shows it just above the marble where it should be. The scorched wood speaks for itself (that's only one of many problems I had with Custom Design & Construction's work on my home!!). I also wanted BBQ owners to see what a professional support structure really looks like. Even my friends have noticed how great my Viking BBQ looks now! I can't say enough good things about BBQ Repair Doctor. They're the only ones who'll work on my BBQ in the future. Real professionals, every one of them!!!!!

BEWARE!!!!! Used Bbq Repair Doctor once before with acceptable results. On a second trip the technician and helper broke our outdoor stone counter and put scratches in our expensive BBQ. They denied any responsibility. We contacted the owner of the company, Flora and thought she was implying she would be responsible. But in the end was unwilling to cover the repairs. We spent a lot of time finding the material and repair person to fix the counter. Which saved a lot of money. I see Flora always has some response claiming the person was fired or left or do not know who the customer is. She clearly is not willing to be responsible for her work. I would avoid this company at all costs.

The best service in the valley! We used this company twice (outdoor heat lamp & our favorite grill)! Great customer service, smily and friendly phone operators. Arrived on time, fast estimate & timely repair. Very pleased and Happy! Thank you ! 🙏🏻❤️👌🏻

If only the office was as helpful and professional as the technician, Alex, who came out to evaluate servicing for my bbq. Alex was great - straightforward and professional, listed the things I needed serviced on our large Wolf BBQ and said the office would reach out with an estimate and details. That was over two weeks ago and despite my following up with the office, I've not gotten any further information on parts & an estimate for repair of minor issues with a great BBQ that just hasn't been serviced in a while. Very unfortunate, as the technician was great. As others have noted - they have no problem taking the upfront fee that's meant to go toward repair, but follow-through is HORRIBLE and thus makes the business seem untrustworthy. Reading reviews more carefully now, I should have been concerned about a business that would mock a customer who wrote a poor review - perhaps instead look at your business issues and spend your energy fixing them.

Making the stereotypical remark - if I can give this place ZERO stars, I would. Wish I read the reviews before using them. They are 100% a SCAM!!! Because you will receive the worst barely responsive customer service ever.

I contacted this company in June 2025 to get an assessment and estimate for repairs to the community's 2 bbq grills. I had to continuously follow up for the proposal to the point of asking for the "initial fee" back because no one was responding. Called several times, at first they didn't even answer like a legitimate company, I had to ask if this was the BBQ Repair Doctor? We finally got the ball rolling on estimates and contract approval come July 2025 and it continued to just go downhill from there. From July 2025 until October 2025 it was constant back and forth with their worker Flora. The most unresponsive office ever. I was constantly emailing and calling for updates. To receive bare minimum email about parts are backordered with no further update until I bombarded with more emails and calls. I would ask to speak to upper mgmt or their corporate to only be re-routed back to their useless office. I asked for my money back and then I was finally update that all parts are ready along with Flora trying to act as a savior with how she worked her magic to get parts even faster for us. Repairs and parts (suspicious if all parts we paid for even were replaced) were finally completed on 10/23/2025. And boy were they quick to send a follow up estimate for "additional parts" needed. I responded inquiring if EVERYTHING from the first repairs was 100% completed before I even consider ordering more parts with them, and again ZERO response whatsoever. Don't make the same mistake we did. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY AND USE SOMEONE ELSE!!!

I recently hired this company to clean and service our outdoor BBQ grill, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail stood out.

The technician arrived right on time, fully prepared with all the tools and cleaning supplies. He carefully inspected the entire BBQ setup before starting — burners, grates, ignition system, and even the gas connections. He explained what needed to be done and gave me a quick estimate before starting the work, which I really appreciated.
