Rather than just cleaning my Kalamazoo BBQ, they performed an evaluation of the unit. They noticed that my burners were cracked and pointed out that these would be replaced by Kalamazoo under my warranty. As such, they recommended that they perform the cleaning once they received the new burners. They came back and performed all necessary repairs and cleaned the grill. This is not an easy grill to service, and they did so admirably. I was delighted.

I hired this company last year to clean grills on multiple properties. They did a great job and I hired them again this year for the big boss’ house. His response for how they did cleaning his two grills? “Gorgeous!” Wow, high praise from a detail oriented man!

I had my outdoor grill serviced and cleaned, I wish I took a before and after picture of it because it's shocking, it looks brand new! They called the day before to confirm, he came on time, was very polite and explained what he was going to be doing. The service went well too, all the parts looked great nothing needed to be replaced yet!

They came out to our property and looked at our grill. Everything was great up until I had to keep calling them back for pricing on the parts that were needed. Every time I called the office no one seemed to know anything about my estimate. I went ahead and paid the diagnostic and canceled the repairs. I never heard of anyone taking a month for parts. I would have approved the repairs but there was no follow up of any sort and the office staff had no sense of urgency.

I have used their service twice now to clean our grill and each time they have done a beautiful job. The grill looks brand new, and they carefully check all the components to make sure they are functional. The office staff is outstanding and has always accommodated us, even when we were in a bind during the busiest time of the year. I would highly recommend them.

The cleaning and repair was excellent! The service tech spent more than 3 hours cleaning and repairing, and his attention to detail made my grill look brand new. Also very courteous and polite.

This company and Alex are truly bbq doctors. The last time I had my bbq cleaned was well over 6 years ago. I was amazed the job that Alex completed. He spent 6 hours non stop. My bbq looks like it’s 3 years old rather than 10 years old. I highly recommend this company!!

My patio heaters needed repair and within 24 hours they are like brand new. The repair guys that came out were on time, professional and unbelievably efficient. While I hope I don’t need them again any time soon, I will absolutely be keeping them on speed dial.

This business is a scam. Don’t get burned like I did. I paid the fee for tech to come out then didn’t get a quote for over 4 weeks. Quote was ridiculously high. Had the work done by a competitor for 1/4 the price but was still out the consultation fee.

BBQ Repair Doctor is a great service. They're super quick with scheduling needs and will work around your calendar. They show up on time and are patient and respectful when giving instruction/ showing you how things work. Also super affordable rates. Can't recommend enough for install or troubleshooting with any and all appliances. Thank you for the help with my Barbecue specifically!

Very happy with the results of our grill and pizza oven cleaning. We were able to book an appointment for the next day. They did a fantastic job - our grill looks like new! And they were very professional and nice. Would definitely recommend!

One Year ago I called BBQ Repair doctor to fix my lynx grill. They came out and cleaned the grill and told me that they needed to order a part, which I approved. Called a couple of times and they didn't have the right part. It was the cable to the light so I just didn't worry about not having a light. They also didn't complete all the repairs. I just thought I would let it go. They called me this year and said it was time for my annual cleaning and I told them that they hadn't finished the repairs from the previous year which they said they could complete. They came out and I explained the problems both to the receptionist and to the repair person and he said he would fix the problem. Well, he did fix the light but not all the problems. In fact I asked why the ignition didn't work and he said the battery was dead so I changed the battery and he told me I needed a new motor which I approved him to purchase and bill. When he next came out I tried the motor and it only worked on one speed, the ignition didn't and thereafter tried calling a number of time, probably at least 10 and tried to speak to the supervisor, She was never there, or had an emergency or was on another line. The grill does not function as it should, have to use a starter to light. They didn't complete the work, charged me for parts that were never installed or worked and wouldn't send out someone to fix there terrible repair job if they ever repaired the problems. I would never recommend them, they can't get the job done, the repairman doesn't know what he does, they don't return phone calls and if they think that they are doing anyone a service they are living in a fantasy world. Their work stinks, don't do what they promise to do, the new part, wasn't a new part and doesn't work. I would never recommend them for any service, to fix anything. When I asked if they could send another repairman they said only one does work on Lynx BBQ'S. No response from Flora their manager, no response to an email all you ever talk to is a sweet receptionist who sounds very nice and just puts you off and says someone will get back to you but they never do. They do one thing well and that is to charge your credit card and that is very quickly done.

Avoid at all costs. Referred by Fire Magic for a $10,000 grill that needed minor service. They charged me to assess the grill. Was told what I needed to have replaced and a cleaning to get it back. Ended up chasing them for a quote and the front desk girl said parts are not available. I found all parts readily available online. I have since ordered what I need and have another more reputable company lined up to install parts needed and clean the grill up. Waste of money for them to take 10 minutes telling me what I need then ghosting me on the quote for some minor parts.

This is a legitimate review. If you want to cross reference for your notes, Work Order Invoice number 8160 was left behind. Service address starts in a '4' and zip code is 91423. Visit date was 06/09. Sounds like you need to ask your frond of house staff why my calls have not been returned. I was equally surprised when I ordered all the parts I needed after easily finding them online but was told you guys had an issue obtaining parts. Feel free to call me day or night.

Should get less than one star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Unresponsive. No work done. Delayed Quote for weeks and I had to pursue them. When quote ($1549) was received it exceeded the original cost of the JennAir Barbeque by $300. Claimed grates were ceramic when they were stainless. We ended up fixing the grill ourselves for $300. They ignored our request for a refund for the $150 deposit. They did no work.
The owner's response to my review above rudely claims we were unable to repair our barbecue for $300... but I have the receipts. We purchased brand new stainless steel grates, burners and covers. We did not repair the ignition. Bottom line, the company truly was unresponsive for weeks and had to be hounded for the estimate. The cost of the 10 minutes taken looking at the unit and the 15 minute drive should not cost $150 when you've done nothing to earn it. I am not in the habit of giving bad reviews by the way.

Just had BBQ Repair Doctor clean my grill and after just a few hours of scrubbing and high pressure hoses, my grill sparkling and ready for a long summer of cooking. In addition the area around the grill and the counter were also left cleaner than when they arrived. They are now my go-to company for my grill upkeep.

I had a great experience with BBQ Repair Doctor. From initial communication through service, everything was very professional and easy to navigate. The repair tech arrived masked and respected social distancing which was a relief. After a quick diagnostic check, he determined an easy solve which saved me a lot of money and headache. Definitely will use them again in the future!

BBQ Repair Doctor does patio heater repairs. They were great -- from the initial return phone call after I left a message, to the follow-up call giving me the time window of their arrival. They arrived early in that window (almost unheard of in my experience) and swiftly solved the problem with our patio heaters. Alex was friendly, professional and gave us several helpful suggestion to keep the heaters working well. Excellent!

While it wasn't inexpensive, the quality of work was impeccable. The technician came out multiple times, did the work to an exceedingly high standard, and went way above and beyond while addressing any and all questions I had. He restored a $7,500 Lynx grill to better condition than when we bought the house 7 years ago.
