The ServPro of Lake Forest South was referred by my insurance company and I am glad to have them for my water damage service. From the office manager Esmeralda to a 2 person team of Jose the production manager and his assistant Ronel are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Appointments were on time, service performance was very organized and clean. Mr. Jose gave me all the details, recommendations and answered all my questions. I was told this office is under new management and I can see a lot of improvements after reading some past comments. Recommended.

Servpro of lake Forrest was perfect to use during my issue! Great communication from Esmeralda in the office. She was helpful, honest and reliable during my issue when I needed help. When Jose Garcia arrived, he introduced himself, was friendly, efficient, thorough, transparent and super clean! They arrived on time when they said they would, very punctual! Ronel had awesome tech to survey my damage. Very nice guy! Would use them again! Thank you all for your help during this time!

My family had a water loss in their home and didn’t know who to turn to! Luckily we found Servpro of Lake forest and they were so responsive right from the start. We had so many questions and they were very knowledgeable and informative and really eased our minds through a very difficult time. I would recommend 100%!! The people at Servpro were great. My business flooded and I wasn't sure who to go with becauce being commercial there's a lot of complications. But with these guys it was surprisingly simple. Chris and Sergio explained everything they were doing and their best estimates on the time it would take to dry out my floors and drywall. For the second time in three years I have engaged the services of ServPro of Lake Forest South & Laguna Woods for both remediation and reconstruction projects on my home. I had the pleasure of working with a number of the same office staff along with painters, plumbers, carpenters and those skilled at installing wood flooring. Across all these disciplines I uniformly found capable and professionally skilled workers each of whom understood what was required of them and all tasks were executed most competently and with a friendly disposition. Thanks to the skills and hard work of Anthony, Caesar, Xavier, Carlos, David, Glen and Diko who as Project Manager kept things moving along on schedule. Office staff Sabrina and Philana were exceptionally professional in answering my requests and sometimes demands as they undoubtedly juggled with multiple projects and finite staffing. My wife and I were well pleased with the overall performance of the ServPro team.

Servpro reminds me of when I was young and everyone, I mean everyone, in an organization had the common goal of serving the customer to the best of their ability. Every person I had contact with kept me informed throughout the process and took care of everything they claimed they were going to take care of.

My review is a few weeks late. Nonetheless I can't express the service and professionalism I received from Servpro after the water leak occurred. From the office team (Sabrina) to the field team (Rick) the process was seamless from start to finish. Simply put the team at Servpro just made it simple. I would highly recommend Servpro to anyone that is dealing with water damage.

They taking their business seriously,responding so fast,and most importantly they really value your time.i had a water heater leaking problem, and area was damaged with muld and when I called them they act so quickly,and during processing time I have talked to Mrs Sabrina couple of times ,she is so professional,and she always paid attention to my request ,also I’m very impressed with the gentleman who completed the job,with the beautiful results, the area now is dry ,clean and free of muld ,and ready for the next steps.

What can I say about Sabrina and Ricky? They are really great at their jobs and they run a fantastic team of people. They came in and did a great job helping me a remediation job and were quick and efficient and customer friendly and oriented. I needed Servpro services twice in the past 2 years (for 2 different water leak damages). The first time, they were recommended to me by the insurance company. The repairs that the Servpro guys performed were excellent. That’s why I contacted them directly the second time I had a water leak damage. Their guys did a great job again. Really “Like it never happened” as it says on their company vehicles. The technicians show up on time as scheduled and perform the work thoroughly. The people in the office are very helpful and I could get hold of them any time, even on weekends. They also recommended me a plumber who was very good. Hopefully, I won’t need their services again, but if I do, I’ll definitely call them again.

Servpro has a very customer oriented approach. Ricky, Glenn, and Carlos were very thorough in their work, following up on checking moisture levels and other areas of concern. Sabrina and others in the office always advocated well on my behalf with my insurance company and communicated with me in a timely manner each step of the way. I highly recommend Servpro!

They are just that amazing and professional. Our house needed exponentially more than the typical restoration and cleaning services. ServPro was there at every turn, proactively and reactively, and took what I called our “disaster house” and made it back into a home. I am genuinely grateful and beyond impressed.

I absolutely would never do business with these people. They called me posing as the City of Lake Forest and then they said that my property manager had reached out to them just to get in my door. They quoted me insane prices ($10-15,000 just for water extraction work in 800 square feet of tile and carpet). I ended up getting someone to handle it for $1600 and borrowed some fans. I'm going to have to open a wall or two but this company makes money on overkill and when I'm done I won't have spent nearly the $40-50k they originally thought they could get me for. If you find yourself in a similar situation, don't make poor decisions in a panic... just breathe and really evaluate all your options and use all your resources.

The restoration crew of Servpro Lake Forest was the highlight of our plumbing incident experience. Babak, Sam, and other team members were professional, efficient, considerate, and very helpful. They did all the work quickly, but diligently to finish before Thanksgiving. It was a pleasure to work with them, and I strongly recommend their professional expertise and timely, high quality service.

My wife and I engaged with Swan pools to design and manufacture our backyard pool, patio, and landscaping. The entire experience was excellent and truly a pleasure. Starting with DQ (Domie Quintana) who worked closely with us on our goals and then designed an entire backyard environment for us. His vision inspired us to expand our ideas to make a great design even better. He’s amazing and a brilliant designer. We wanted a waterfall with the pool, so DQ suggested a grotto. What a unique idea! The grotto combines a waterfall with an interior space to sit behind the waterfall. It’s magical!
Annie Hernandez helped us with all the cosmetic choices: tile designs, pool surface options, color schemes and so forth. She takes time to explore all the options. She’s a joy to work with. Thank you, Annie.
The process of city approvals went smoothly and Swan Pools took care of everything required: permits, excavation, pool construction, plumbing, gas, electrical, masonry, pool equipment, etc. The workmanship of the entire crew was first-rate in every respect. Their attention to detail is noteworthy. They are hard-working people and we sincerely appreciate them.
Once we broke ground, our project manager Johnny Alvizo took over to ensure all work went as planned. Johnny kept us informed every step of the way. He’s awesome. As work progressed, we wanted to make some changes - Johnny worked with the crew to get the changes and additions done perfectly. Johnny’s hard work and diligence can’t be overstated; he made sure the vision became a reality. He is truly a valable asset to his company.
Our beautiful backyard is now complete and we’re enjoying our new pool and the incredible enviroment created by Swan Pools and their wonderful people. We have a resort in our own backyard and we couldn’t be happier.

We engaged the team at Swan Pools after careful consideration to build our in ground pool and spa. We really enjoyed working with the entire team from start to finish. They completed the pool on time and within budget. The quality and workmanship are second to known and we are very pleased with the outcome. While the entire team at Swan is great, truly! We had the best experience with Swan. Putting in a pool was a huge decision, so making sure we had the right team was extra important. We started off with Kelley as our designer/sales person and I cannot say enough good things about her! She saw our vision, and then went over every line item as we went through the sales process. Once we started to dig, the project moved so quickly. Johnny was our project manager and was fantastic! Stayed on top of crews, gave daily updates, and went with the flow of any changes we made a long the way. I felt like we were in the best hands from start to finish. We will be referring our friends to Swan in the future!
