George is very prompt with communicating via the Yelp app and with phone calls. Our project timeline had a strict deadline of 9/12 and Tixan Construction very easily met that deadline. I reached out on 8/3 for an initial quote - it was a Saturday night when I reached out via Yelp and he quickly offered a quote based on pictures I provided. I gathered 2 other quotes and even though those companies offered slightly better pricing, I just had a gut feeling that Tixan Construction would be right for us - All the reviews/ pictures showed the beautiful, excellent work done by them.

George was very fast with the contract draft on 8/7 and got to work 8/19. George evaluated our project and gave us a game plan that made sense to us and answered all questions we had. Eugene worked many hours and perfected his work over this week and George finished out the trim today. Our project finished in one week, which I thought would not be possible!

I am absolutely thrilled with the work completed by George and his on my home. They were hired to address a persistent, frustrating issue—a leaking sliding door where water was leaking through the frame of the house when it rained and the replacement of several glass windows. It was a job several other professionals didn't feel comfortable taking on.

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. The final result is a testament to George's meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality. The leaking issue has been completely resolved, and the new installations are flawless.

We hired George and Tixan for our bathroom remodel after some unexpected water intrusion from a faulty connector, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very first day, his communication stood out. They always let us know exactly when their team would arrive and when they would finish for the day, which made the whole process easy to plan around.

What really impressed us was how organized and respectful they were. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Any questions or concerns we had were handled quickly and professionally.

George also helped us work with our insurance company, which made dealing with everything much less stressful. It’s rare to find contractors who are this reliable, honest, and responsive.

Tixan Construction did an absolutely amazing job renovating our entire house. We found George after an extensive online search and interviews for good contractors in Orange County. All his 5/5 star reviews are absolutely deserved.

We bought a fixer-upper townhome that needed a complete refresh and Tixan Construction did a phenomenal job. What started as a dark/worn space is now a modern and bright home that we’ve received countless compliments on that the transformation can hardly be believed! (See pictures attached.)

I hired George to remodel our three bathrooms and raise our sunken family room by building a wooden deck. George is super responsive, and I really appreciate that. I also asked him for other consultations, which he gave opinions on. The tile guy cuts are amazing. He's able to follow a curve because of the ceiling. My drywall contractor pointed out the wooden deck had a gradual but big dip that should be remedied before putting in flooring. George came back to verify the dip then had his guys fix it, no problem. He helped haul away excess trash that the drywall guy left behind, so that was extremely appreciated too. These projects took about three months to finish.

Overall George and his team did great work, had clear communication and completed project quickly given the scope.

Note: latest pictures of work are not yet complete as there were a few unfinished items still that did George did complete.

I started my project with another contractor who sub contracted out most work with average to low quality and required lots of communication on my part without much time on theirs and lots of delays because of this communication.

George and his team were the complete opposite. From the start he pointed out items that were not to code from the last contractor. I appreciate his communication throughout the process, and working with me on price since I completed some of the work myself and letting me know when crew would be coming / when work would be done. His team worked efficiently and had good attention to detail. My wife and I are especially happy with how the shower came out. The shower was built-out with the Schluter system that George's team exclusively uses, natural marble stone was laid out to randomize the pattern, tiles were transferred to the wall both straight and plumb, sealed, grouted and sealed again.

I had to ask three times to find for just one item.

I had to replace multiple things that were old and not working and my parents house and was not sure what to do, they personally the products I could get and everything turn out amazing! The staff was very helpful and explained what they recommend for the job

Recently needed to remodel my Extra Space Storage on site apartment, my generous DM managed to get laminate wood flooring approved. Becky took care of the order and did her best to expedite the installation but some components weren't available locally, Lori the expediter stepped in and found a solution. If you ever have a problem with your order ask for Lori she goes the extra mile.

One of my best shopping experiences I have had in yrs..😁...Going to reference to family & friends.

Prices are up but you get your stuff at least

Alex Handiman service does a great job! They are polite, doing whatever they can to get the job done right, the way you want it. Their installation of the faucet was already perfect. Alex finds the additional problem and comes back, going out of his way to fix the leak, returning when the area drys, purchasing and applying clear silicon for my stainless steel sink. I am definately asking them back for future jobs!
