Emergency Home Solutions team was amazing. After finding mold in our master bathroom we called them up based on their previous reviews. They walked us through the process and helped with our insurance company. The team was efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It was great as great as mold remediation could be.

These guys are the real deal! I actually own my own plumbing company “Straight Flush Plumbing” here in Southern Orange County so I get the chance to work with these guys a lot! After going into a plumbing leak usually the next step is to find a restoration company to clean up the damages. I’ll be 100% honest i’ve Used a lot of different companies before finding EHS. What I look for in a company is great customer service, my first priority is taking care of the customer and making sure there happy & guiding them in the right direction on the proper steps to take. Cory and his crew go above and beyond making sure my/there customer is more then happy at the end of the day! That goes a long way with me cause at the end of the day it reflects back on me! These guys are at the top on doing the best work and Cory is the man when it comes to working with the insurance! Not only that but he has such good relationships with all the adjusters!!! Very satisfied with the scope of work. The entire crew and customer service was phenomenal. They all answered all of my questions and assisted me with our insurance claim. Should I ever need a remediation company again I will definitely use your company.

Where do I begin with how wonderful this company is. I was referred to this company from a friend. I was very pleased with how quickly they came out to my home for an estimate. They are very reasonably priced and worked great with my USAA Insurance. The customer service and craftsman ship of the work speaks for itself. Knock on wood I never need flooding repairs again but if I do I will call them ASAP. Jared & Raymond are truly one of a kind and fantastic! Cory very professional and very quick to return calls.

After having a faucet fail and flood my kitchen, I found EHS on yelp and made contact on Saturday afternoon, making an appointment for Monday morning. Cory showed up early, assessed the damage and outlined next steps. The assessment was straightforward and his team was able to get started the same day. Cory and his team did all the work of rebuilding my kitchen themselves, making the process move quickly and the communication much easier.

The entire team was professional every step of the way. This was my first insurance claim for something like this, and everyone from EHS was incredible, helping me understand what to expect along the way. It was a stressful process having to file a claim, but in the end I feel good about the choice I made to go with them. They put everything back together better than it was and they worked with me every step of the way.

They were professional and polite and answered my ridiculous questions. They came to the house quick and solved my leak and issues and repaired the my waterlogged family room ceiling. They are the right choice.

Last time we had a roof leak, EHS helped us get it squared away with immediate water mitigation, then dealt with our insurance directly to negotiate all the quotes. They then repaired the collapsed ceiling and re-carpeted. Things were relatively smooth except for when they are slammed, the project managers cannot get back to you in a timely fashion, but understandably so as they handle so many cases at the same time. We now had them come out for a very similar leak on the other side of the house. I called at 4am, got an inspection at 8am, and demolition team came and completed demolition and abatement, then set up all the drying equipment all the next day! After 3 days of drying, reconstruction is scheduled right after with hopes of the job being done within a day or two at the latest. Things are speedy with them and I'm working with all the same people as last year, meaning employee retention is very strong. Integrity at its finest and all the workers have been so friendly! This is the goto and will be recommended if anything like this happens again!

Cory and his team were fantastic from beginning to end. They showed up right away after my bathroom flooded into my kitchen, even though it was after hours on a Friday. They went straight to work, and made a stressful messy situation as comfortable and seamless as possible. They were consistently professional, respectful, trustworthy, reliable and a pleasure to work with. Corey worked with my insurance company for a timely and reasonable resolution. We are still in the process of the renovation, but so far everything is good. They are very good at communicating with us and letting us know who and what time someone will be arriving and what will happen in that day. The employees are very nice to work with.

I have given to them 5 stars 2 yrs ago, previous employees/business partner no more with the company , now they have sloppy/lousy workers, took 3 hours for two guys to mount a tv, trash here and there, take forever to do minor things, Please rethink before select this company for the services. There are several company in southern orange county so stay away from EHS!

We have had to use Emergency Home Solutions on 3 separate occasions in the last 2 years. This last time my kitchen was ruined along with my flooring. Cory and his team helped me every step of the way from the day it happened until the day of completion on my rebuild. He was honest and patient as we worked with insurance to get everything figured out. Cory went above and beyond and my house looks amazing! I received excellent results from the Tixan crew. My barely functional 1976 bathroom was transformed by them into a beautifully indulgent space. They even figured out a way to increase my already-spacious shower by width and height. It feels super lux now. The drywall/plaster work and tile work are flawless. Big bonus: the crew was amiable, professional, and easy to have around. (The photo is pre-paint and other design touches).

I hired George Tikhanov at Tixan Construction to remodel two showers. The experience was consistently solid from start to finish. Communication was direct and timely, calls and messages were returned without delays, and expectations were clearly set in advance. George is a former aerospace engineer, and was able to develop creative solutions to problems that were encountered. The team was friendly and organized, with significant attention to detail. Any issues or adjustments that came up were handled quickly and without pushback. Overall, Tixan Construction is among the top contractors I have worked with. I would use them again for future work.

George is a consummate professional. Have used him for multiple projects and look forward to using him again. Outstanding!
