Constraction reviews in Lake Forest, California

Cesar Gaspar was on the situation immediately and worked out the details of my problem with ease and efficiency. His crew arrived on the scene and had to wait until some plumbing action was accomplished and then they were also very efficient in completing their tasks.

It was outstanding service. All three individuals (Ramel, Martin, Asher) who came were highly professional, quick, and friendly. In the midst of a challenging situation with water damage, the impeccable service was truly comforting

EHS did a visual inspection in our kitchen area, we called them because the installers of our new dishwasher stated that the area had mold and refused to perform the installation. Jarod did a visual inspection and quickly discovered that there were no visual signs that mold was present, and he felt it was not necessary to charge us anything.
Finding a contractor that is genuinelly and honestly willing to help, it's a clear indication that he puts clients interest before his, and is very refreshing. Thank you Jarod Browne and EHS. Looking forward to use and recommending your services in the future. -
I have used EHS several times for water damage in my home. This last time we had a leaky window and as I peeled back some of the paint bubbling off I noticed mold. I am extremely mold literate, so I know finding someone who understood/ would take all the proper precautions would be a bit of a challenge. EHS was amazing. I interviewed several mold remediation companies but after talking with Cory and Jared I knew without a doubt that they would handle this situation appropriately. First off, mold has the ability to make you and your family extremely sick. What most people fail to realize is the that improper removal has the ability to make you sicker. Once mold is physically distributed it then releases spores into the air. Due to most molds having a heavier molecular structure they then land on any/everything nearby... walls, furniture, floors, counters ect. This is why it is imperative to have a proper containment of the area that will be remediated, with a decontaiment chamber . It is also important to have an adequately size HEPA /negative air
filter running while remediation is being done as well as an air scrubber after the contaminated materials are properly removed and the remaining area clean. (Proper mold remediation consists of REMOVING all or as much as possible contaminated material then scrubbing and cleaning what cannot be removed...) they also offer a cleaning solutions that are more healthier and compatible for children or people with multiple chemical sensitivities which was extremely important. Our mold remediation was one of the best our mold inspector had seen. (Which let me tell you, says alot..) I know without a doubt that no coners were cut and everything was done to almost perfection, as I was there watching the entire time. (Yes I'm that girl) I highly recommend EHS for water damage. In fact with my friends, family and clients, I ONLY recommend EHS. Know that if you go with EHS you won't have to become a mini expert like me 😂. -
Thanks to everyone at EHS! Corey and his team were quick to respond to our duplex when a plumbing accident occurred on the upper level and flooded down all three stories. The duplex was rented out and EHS coordinated with our Tenants and kept us all up to date on what needed to be repaired and the duration. EHS also worked with our insurance company (when the insurance company became unreasonable). We highly recommend EHS, and truly appreciate their honest and professional work ethic that is such a rarity these days.

I love Emergency Home Solutions! They always come out when I need them and go above and beyond! I am in property management and I need to keep my residents happy even in a "messy" situation but Cory and his team are always there to help! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I love writing good reviews because it means we all win. You, me, the company...this is one of those companies who deserves your business. First, Jared Brown came to my house and blew me away with the technology his tools had at diagnosing my water damage and his willingness to explain the details he wasn't being sales-y whatsoever throughout the process and dealing with home-service related companies this is not the norm (plumbers are the greatest offenders imho). Anyway there was a massive leak that happened inside my walls overnight, I'm talking full city water pressure at 75psi, you can imagine the damage that can happen in 12 hours with a large in-wall leak! He was able to determine with his tools that the damage I had was pretty much best case scenario because it followed a path to the outside and leaked into the drains (mostly) even though there was quite a bit of drywall damage, cleanup and repairs in store for me, it was truly best case because the water didn't pool inside the house as much as it should have. There is about 100sq ft of drywall to replace, the water heater has to be moved outside and the leak repaired so roughly $3-4k in expenses but I'll be DIY'ing it and he guided me on everything. At the end of the call which lasted probably 45 mins I asked how much for his services as he was walking to his car and he said "oh it's free it was just a consultation". He was very open to working with me on the pricing if I was to go with him and was very down to earth and told me what I could do myself vs what I may want to consider paying for, etc. Couldn't have been a better experience. Happy to leave this review and will be keeping his card, they've earned any future business I will need.

They came out immediately on weekend, started working immediately to keep the damage from getting worse. They were super informative, helped me through the whole process. Took good care of my own personal belongings that had to be removed into storage pods. Polite, courteous, hardworking employees. Very Happy Covenant is the company helping me through this.

Jared Browne is a true professional. He came out 6 months ago to assess and remedy a water damage situation. He was very thorough with his assessment, timely in his job completion, and thorough with his clean-up. Had the opportunity to connect with him again this year. If you are looking for honesty, integrity, and competent workmanship, give EHS a call.

Fantastic group of guys and excellent service. Couldn't be happier! We found ourselves the unlucky winners of our first slab leak and called a plumber to detect and stop. They suggested EHS and Cory (Owner of EHS) was at our house within a couple of hours. Cory was extremely polite and explained everything that was happening (and what 'would' be happening, which was great). He assessed the damage and even spoke on the phone with my insurance company for me while he was there.
The next morning the crew showed up and took their readings on everything. They carefully covered all furniture and boxed other items, asking us if there were certain things we'll need to get to so they would make those readily accessible. Depending on their readings, they opened walls, removed flooring and cabinets, etc. and documented everything for insurance.
After a few days of the loud drying equipment & fans, which wasn't that bad, they came by and picked it all up. We're now on our way towards rebuilding, using the restoration company that Cory introduced us to (MAJAC Restoration). We'll see how that goes, but so far we're very pleased with everyone who has been involved with this unfortunate incident.
EHS Team: I wanted to highlight the team members. The guys were all so nice and helpful. They took away any uneasiness we had of this potentially very scary situation. -
Came to remove drywall and assess water damage in the ceiling. Jesus was very professional and explained the process well. They were careful and clean throughout.

We had a pipe leak under our kitchen sink and it destroyed the entire wooden floor and leaked into the basement. We don't live at this property and are renting it out so you can imagine the frustration of having to fix an issue miles away. I called emergency home solutions and told them what happened and they really took the time to hear my concerns and understand the complications of us being far away, with a tenant in the house.
The business owner Corey stopped by the property several times and sent us images to keep us up to date. A couple days later and they restored everything to better than it was before. I showed up a couple weeks later when I was in town and everything was perfect. I recommend them to anyone in the area. Emergency home solutions is a very trustworthy and honest business in the area. -
EHS has been doing the work on the home we purchased after we found out there was a slab leak. They have been great walking us through the process, helping us contact our insurance company and guide us in what needs to be done. They are professional and always do what they say which is hard to find now a days. If you want a company that is honest, hardworking and helpful you should definetly use them!

Wow, Jared and Ramon came to my house after being referred by the plumber who fixed my slab leak. Jared contacted me within minutes of being contacted by the plumber. They came out, assessed the leak damage took countless pictures for insurance sake. The entire time, Jared was explaining everything that was going on to protect me and not for the insurance company. My insurance adjuster called while they were here and I handed the phone to Jared who told the adjuster what they were doing. After getting my phone back the adjuster was secure that the situation was being handled correctly. The field adjuster told me she would be out the next day and Jared said he would be here to answer any questions. As promised Jared was there and answered all her questions and the adjuster was satisfied. They used a level to make the replacement of the drywall easier. They were composed and that made the situation better for me. I DON'T do reviews but These people were amazing and made a bad situation so much easier. Thanks for making a bad situation easier to handle. Amazing company to work with prompt, explaining everything that is transpiring and works closely with the insurance company.

So I had a huge leak in my kitchen walls from a burst pipe. I actually called a plumber first who then called EHS to deal with the issue. They got over to my house in like fifteen minutes which was shocking to me. I was prepared to deal with the usual contractor type of mentality where they basically extort you for all your worth before fixing the problem. Corey and co were nothing like that, they removed everything that needed to be removed and set about soaking up all the water. After they had finished they were actually able to work with my insurance company to get it all paid for. If you need a water damage restoration service I would highly highly recommend this company.

I called EHS on New Year's Eve day 2015 for a burst pipe in my condo wall. Cory called me back very promptly and was able to have a technician at my condo within 20 minutes. EHS walked me through the entire (stressful) process and were courteous and professional from start to finish. They also worked with my insurance company to get the rebuild process started quickly. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would recommend them to anyone who would need such services.

Cory and EHS really hit one out of the park for me. I had a leak in my water heater which flooded most of the downstairs of my condo, and after the chuckleheads that my Insurance company assigned to me for the water mitigation, I decided to look on my own for a contractor for repairs. I found EHS and I can confidently say that Cory saved my bacon. The insurance company wanted to sell me way short on my repair costs and Cory basically just took the reigns, doing all the work of dealing with my insurance company for me, and was able to negotiate for many thousands more to get the job done. He never overpromised or underdelivered and was super hands-on with my job, even though I suspect my job was small fries compared to some others he had going at the time. In the end, I couldn't be more happy with the service I got from EHS and have already enthusiastically referred them to a friend whom had a similar problem to mine. My only regret in this entire process is that i hadn't discovered EHS when I needed my mitigation done, as I would have just called Cory from hour 1 had I known how great their service was going to be. Thanks!!

What an amazing company. At every single point of contact, I was met with knowledgeable, hardworking, professional and caring people. The work itself was stellar. We had 2 bathrooms and a bedroom closet that were damaged by a roof leak. This company has proven to be trustworthy.

Excellent service by Cory and his team. We had a major pipe burst at our Lake Forest house on Christmas Day, and they came out as soon as we called on the 26th and took care of the situation with their drying out process. Also worked closely with my insurance adjuster, very knowledgeable and gets it done! Highly recommend EHS.

I truly appreciate the leadership, expertise and responsive of every member of EHS and subcontractor as well as the kindness extended to me and my family during this difficult unexpected home repair/remodel.

Second time within six months had pipe broken. Emergency Home Solutions did excellent job in the first incident, when it happened again, it didn’t take me a second to called EHS and I didn’t even wait for home warranty to come. The owner Cory and his crew responded quickly and got the situation under control right away. Not like home warranty contractors open ceiling and tear down walls to find broken pipe, EHS detects leaking first, then open wall as minimum as possible, this reduced repair cost significantly. The crew is skilled and friendly, I feel comfortable to leave them at my house alone for the work. I really do not want see the third incident, but if unfortunately it happens, EHS is definitely the only professional I will call.
