Very happy with this service. I had a deep clean and then a follow up a week later. Was waiting to write the review until after the second cleaning. Bernice and Gloria did an awesome job and didn’t miss a spot! They are a bit pricey at $140 an hour, but you get what you pay for. They worked quickly and didn’t get to milk the clock or anything. I loved the little touches as well! See picture! Highly recommended

Mayra and Araceli did a great job with our first cleaning/deep cleaning. We will continue to use MM for routine cleanings as they are very thorough. They were able to address problems that we were unable to clean up on our own. It’s almost like it was magic

team 12 was great. I loved that they really vacuumed my couch and got rid off all of the cat fur on it and really detailed the floors and bathrooms. thank you

No stars for this. I paid for a deep clean, $480, terrible job. Basics werent done. Dusting, baseboards, crumbs on kitchen floor. Didn’t even move mat in front of sink to clean. So disappointed. They did offer to come back but if they can’t do the job right the first time I have no confidence in them.

Post note to above review. Owner showed class and apologized and reimbursed. I’m sure crew that worked at my house will do a stellar job next time, just won’t be for me.

Under no circumstances should you use this company! I had a home that I was moving into that had quite a bit of dust and dirt that I needed a deep clean in. I hired this company to come out and after the first time the house was still filthy shelves not cleaned, hair all over the floor, bins and shelves not wiped down, bathtub filthy full of bugs, floor not cleaned, the list goes on and on. I called them back to have them come out and they did, however, the house looked exactly the same. They charged me $450 when originally when I had called they said it was going to cost around $250. The owner called me a couple weeks later asking how I liked the clean and I was shocked! I had already been chatting with the manager and I had sent her pictures of the stuff that was left out for this $450 clean and I didn't understand why the owner was calling me after they had received these pictures asking me if I had a good experience. At that time, she offered to have the girls come back out with her in toe to make sure it was done properly, I had told her that I was in a different state and that I was not going to be at my new home for a couple of months but I needed the things that did not get clean to be redone and she agreed. I just called back today and pretty much got screamed at by a woman that REFUSED to give me her name and told... what do you expect? You haven't been there in 2 months? I replied, all I am looking for are the things that were missed the first AND second time which I HAVE documentation for, to be redone, the lady proceeded to give me an attitude telling me, what do you expect, for us to paint your walls? If you want to be treated with respect and not screamed out for no reason, do not use this company!

I’m truly pleased with the amazing service provided today at my house by Sonia and Lulu. After coming back from holiday traveling, it is amazing to now have my home sparkling clean to get some rest! I will definitely continue using this service! Thanks

Molly Maid was excellent! - with specific ‘Team 19 Sonia and Lourdes’ cleaned my home top to bottom. They were thorough, friendly , and did and awesome job all around !! I would recommend anytime !
