My apartment was in desperate need of cleaning. Fortunately, Molly Maid came to its rescue. Lulu and Xochitl were prompt, professional and extremely thorough. They did an awesome job. I was very impressed and will use Molly Maid again in the future.

I feel like I had a wonderful experience with Molly maid. They came within 24 hours, did a phenomenal job cleaning, and were very sensitive to the fact that I was on bed rest. The communication was also outstanding. I will say, it's expensive. But if you can afford it, it's absolutely worth it.

Updated: Molly Maid followed up with me very quickly on this. They comped my next clean. They said that as a policy, they do not clean TVs or use wire brushes but the cleaner that did this was new and must need additional training.

I have been a customer for years and am considering canceling after my last clean. They sent a new team to our house who cleaned the OLED TV with some substance that is not coming off (it was already clean btw, I clean it with distilled water). I also walked in on a cleaner using a wire mesh brush on the sink which has now left scratch marks on the sink.

I barely feel comfortable leaving a negative review for such a privileged service but this can’t happen again and people need to know to watch out for this. I’ve contacted Molly Maid with my feedback and have yet to hear back.

Amazing work done by Berenice and Ashley (Team#14). My roomate left a really dirty room for me. When I had no idea what I can do to these mass, I found out Molly Maid. They come in time the next day and work quickly and professionly. Now everything looks nice and clean. Highly recommended!

The ladies that cleaned my moms condo were very polite and conscious of the lite carpet and wore shoe covers. They got a stain out of 1 toilet that blew my mind! I thought the toilet was ruined. Thanks Molly Maids!
