My wife and I had a cleaning team from another company for many years, but we weren’t satisfied with the results. We decided to try Sparkle n’ Clean, and so far we’ve been very impressed with the attention to detail, communication, and efficiency of the team. We’re very happy we chose this company!

No one arrived or contacted me during the one hour arrival window I scheduled, so I called Sparkle n' Clean to ask what was going on. The person on the phone said that the cleaning technician was running late, but when I asked why no one contacted me to tell me, I didn't get an answer, so I canceled the service. At least I was refunded my deposit.

I hardly ever post anything on social media. However, because I’ve been looking for a cleaning lady/crew the past 3-4 years, I decided to share my experience with Sparkle n’ Clean in case it can help someone in similar situation.

I should admit that I am a clean freak especially when it comes to house cleaning. My amazing cleaning lady of 10+ years retired during COVID. Since then I have been looking for a replacement and have used various individuals and crews based on Yelp’s and Next Door reviews and many referrals from friends. Some have been better than others, but I had to clean after every one of them which is really annoying after paying so much for it.

I had Sparkle ‘n Clean team service for the first time yesterday. My home is the cleanest it has ever been the past 3 years. From the old soap scum on my bathroom glass doors to accumulated dirt on the baseboards and corners to squeaky clean kitchen floors and windows. Everything is REALLY clean. The way they setup my bed, it looks like a hotel bedroom.

In addition to how well they cleaned my home, I was impressed with their process and professionalism of the staff.
When I contacted them and explained what I am looking for, they setup a visit from their manager/owner who walked through my home and their list and provided an estimate to me. We scheduled my cleaning and they showed up right on time, I even got a 20 minutes notice text before they arrived. They were in uniforms and brought all the tools and materials they needed, including brand new vacuum cleaners.
They did an amazing job on their own very fast and quiet. They also quickly took care of any little thing that I asked for and left on time as planned.
They charged me the amount that we agreed on and I have already scheduled my routine cleaning with them.
My home hasn’t been this clean and peaceful for a very long time.

Victoria was very attentive and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The cleaning ladies were kind, friendly, and respectful. This service was especially helpful while going through cancer treatment, and their care truly meant a lot to me. I highly recommend Sparkle N’ Clean.

I recently had major cancer surgery and am starting Chemo next week & am completely overwhelmed with every aspect of my life at the moment. Sparkle n' Clean came to clean my house today and in the 3 hours the two ladies were here, my house never looked so clean. These ladies really did an amazing job and they were also completely adorable. I am also impressed with Victoria who scheduled my cleaning. I was referred to Sparkle n’ Clean by a friend down in south OC (I’m in north OC) who said they use their standard cleaning services once a month. I needed a deep cleaning at my condo so I contacted Juliana. The whole process was painless and easy, and I have never seen my floors so clean! I was very impressed by their services.
