Luis has been very easy to contact, and scheduling is a breeze. They clean very meticulously: windowsills, shower door, all the nooks and cranny! I've used them a few times and will continue to do so.

I've had various maid services in my neighborhood for 13 years, but have never experienced anything like the job done by OC Housecleaning. Luis called me when he was on his way, he brought 3 additional helpers with him so they could do a speedy but very thorough job in my 950 sq. ft. home, and they worked literally from floor to ceiling! The window sills, often skipped by others, are now spotless, both the floors and the rugs covering them are totally clean, every mirror sparkles, and there's just no dust left anywhere. Very impressive! I've already signed on as a regular customer and couldn't be happier. Luis is personable, courteous, and obviously highly skilled in his chosen profession. A+ all the way.

They were awesome!!! I communicated thru text messages and got a quote. Everything they explained from service to price was exactly what i got. They were not only punctual but they were professional as well. I asked in the text if they wouldn't wear shoes and they accommodated. Also we had a serious ant problem before and thats when we stopped cleaning. I know sounds weird right but the house was dirtier than normal and they cleaned everything so well and now im going to use their service all the time. Great people great service! Highly recommend.

I love Luis and his whole crew! I've been using OC House Cleaning for over 2 years now. They first started to help me while I was pregnant and on bed rest with my son. I really appreciated them getting to the hard stuff I couldn't do at the time, like scrubbing my tub and sweeping my patio. I appreciated all that they did so much that I've kept using them even after the baby was born. They are even available for extra services like deeper cleaning and cleaning out the stove and refrigerator for a very fair additional cost.

I literally have no clue what they actually did. I paid 300 + tip for 2 people x2hours to do a clean out. They left items in freezer, water bottles upstairs...I did ALL the deep cleaning for them prior to moving out. They had the most simple task of simply a good sweep, vacuum mop out...with a couple common sense use your brain tasks that any logical "move out" clean would entail. Landlords sent me pics of everything that was untouched. I was sent pics of the immaculate bathrooms that I had already cleaned by the company...thanks? I now had to hire an additional cleaner to follow up. I would never EVER recommend this company for absolutely ANY task.

Luis and Rosy are GREAT housekeepers and their rates are fair. It is very easy to schedule the cleanings because Luis shoots us a text a day or two before we're scheduled. They are thorough and even ask if we are okay with certain products they use in the baby room. They're quick and efficient - about 1-1.5 hours. On days we are home, they work around us and save the room we are in as the last stop so that we can go back to using the rest of the house. They even take off their shoes when they clean! So nice of them to go the extra mile.

My MIL moved into the neighborhood and she had some work done prior to the move. They only charged her an extra $50 on top of their usual rate. Needless to say, they've earned a new customer. They will be cleaning both our house and my MIL's on the same day to make it easy on everyone.

Cleaners were really friendly! Some areas were cleaned thoroughly and other areas not so clean. Kitchen worktop and hob area were still quite dirty. Floors all over house weren’t hoovered very well (maybe the Hoover isn’t very good). Bathrooms were great! Nice clean blinds as well so thanks for that. Some other table surfaces weren’t wiped either. Overall not a bad job but for a “deep clean” we expected a little more attention to detail. Will probably try a different company next time.

Luis and Rosie have been cleaning my home for 2 months. They are always here when they say they will be here. They are very thorough and detailed. I find that they are easy to talk to when I need something special done and they have a great attitude!! I really would recommend them! I am very particular about my home and I go through to check the house when they are done and I have been extremely satisfied.
