I reached out to this business at 6am on a Sunday and had a response from Ryan literally within minutes! He was friendly and communicative about their pressure washing services and pricing. Due to his schedule, they were able to come clean our large back patio that afternoon. I was extremely impressed by the technology they used where they sent me a link to follow along with the project! They uploaded photos throughout so I could see the entire cleaning process - very cool. The end result was MUCH cleaner concrete, just what we wanted. Thank you Ryan and team!

Eduardo and his team are the best cleaning company I’ve ever hired. We had our house repiped and it left a lot of dust on everything. His team came in and meticulously cleaned it from top to bottom. Everything was just perfect and it feels so nice to have a clean house again. I always say that cleaning crews never get things quite as clean as when we do it ourselves, but Eduardo definitely got it cleaner. They were so accommodating with all my requests, communication was excellent, and prices were so reasonable. Will definitely use this company again.

I am sad to say that we had a terrible experience with these guys. Where do I start? We were really grateful they were available to come last minute- that’s where it ends. I had called several places and molly maid and these guys were available. Molly maid quoted me $140 for a thorough move out cleaning so I asked luis if he could do any lower than that? He said ok we can charge you $140. Um ok. We had a one bed one bath apartment. We cleared everything out (because we were moving). They showed up with six people! What?! Ok- so they should do a thorough job right?! They were there for 30 minutes (I assumed it would take them a little longer than that). I told him that the most important parts to me were the kitchen/oven, windowsills, closets, and tub/bathroom. I went out to run an errand down the road almost as soon as they arrived but wasn’t going to be long and five minutes after I leave I already get a message saying “we’re done in 10.” I said wow that’s so fast! 🤔 so they get my husband to inspect it and my husband doesn’t really know- he’s not the one who cleans or pays attention to details why would he he’s a dude? And my husband pays them the $140+tip in cash. I get home a few minutes later and go to inspect and I kid you not! There is scum on the tub! There is dust in every corner of the house! There is grease on the side of the oven- there are dust bunnies and dirt from shoes up in the closet, the walls are dirty, the front door where hands touch to open and close it is still dirty, and the glass on the windows have not been wiped down- these are deep cleaning things that we asked them to come for because of our move out! I was very unhappy to say the least. But no big deal they have a happiness guarantee on their website. So I text the guy to please come back and get the most unexpected responses. He gives me sas! He accuses me of lying about what molly maid quoted me, tells me they ONLY did it for $140 (and tried to tell me my apartment which literally had nothing in it and is an excellent condition) needed a lot of work?! (Remember it took 6 people and 30 minutes total). He told me my bathroom had never been professionally cleaned?! What? We’ve lived here for a year and cleaning services are required at the end of every move out- plus of course i deep clean our bathroom once every two weeks. I told him it doesn’t matter you’re the professionals and there should not be SCUM on the bathtub no matter what cleaning service you are! So I sent him a screenshot of his happiness guarantee and asked if he would come back and he never responded. He still hasn’t. I forgot to mention that I left two new sponges under the sink with my cleaning stuff and they disappeared :( I looked everywhere. So I didn’t have anything to go back and clean with. We had to go to the store and get sponges so we could clean our tub, walls, the door, the windows, and the oven ourselves. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We love Luis & Rosy and their team. They are fast and thorough and very professional. If you're looking for excellent cleaners, look no further! They are wonderful!!
