Highly recommend Ryan as he does a fantastic job. He cleaned our roof and gutters of debris and washed our solar panels. We have him cleaning windows on the next visit. Will definitely use Property Cleaning Experts again in the future!

Ryan completed a window washing project on May 1 and did an excellent job. He showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable about his trade. I would definitely recommend Ryan for any of your window washing and power washing. 5 Stars.

Ryan from Property Cleaning Experts came out yesterday to power wash our roof and clean our solar panels. He sent us an app where we could see the before and after photos. It was pretty impressive and I felt like I was getting my money’s worth. We’ve lived in our house for 30 years and needed some cleanup and repairs. My house was near the recent fires in Trabuco Canyon, so we got a lot of the black soot, in addition to the unsightly moss on the tile. He was punctual, detail-oriented, and hard-working (and very personable). It’s great when you can find someone you can trust to do the work right. I would hire him again without hesitation and would highly recommend him!

Wow, I wish I would have taken before and afters. The difference is staggering I’m honestly worried about birds not thinking our windows exist anymore. I knew we needed the windows clean, but I didn’t know they were capable of being THIS clean or that it would completely change how much light flows into our house/ how clean it feels now. Absolutely night and day difference. Ryan was on time, kind, informative and quick. We have a single story house but a lot of higher windows, which wasn’t a problem at all. He even cleaned the door panels and got some paint off of our French doors. Everything looks beautiful and we are kicking ourselves for not doing this sooner. Definitely recommend PCX— We will be making this a semi-annual visit. Thank you, Ryan!

Ryan went above and beyond. He was friendly, helpful, professional and most importantly did an amazing job. I will definitely be using his services again in the future. We had eggs all over the front of our house and he worked diligently to make our home clean and perfect again. Egg is not easy to remove but Ryan was successful!!!

I found The Cleaning Authority on google with great 5 start reviews although there were not many since they are a relatively new franchise. Jesus the owner, Alexxis and Lisa did a first clean on our home in Laguna beach. They were thorough, professional and listened and responded to our requests without issue. I like that Jesus came by the house to do the estimate before providing a price so there were no surprise overages. The house looks and feels extreme clean after they finished. They have a detailed process they follow which seems to work well! Their prices were very reasonable as well. Will definitely be using them every 2 weeks. Best!

Ryan is amazing! He got years of tough water stains off the front lobby window which others have not been able to remove. The HOA sent us a letter asking us to wash the exterior of the house. Contacted this business and the owner (Ryan) followed up personally and quickly. I wanted both the walls washed and the windows. We ended up adding solar panels too and also got 4 broken screens replaced. I love that they can do it all!

The work was done expertly and a week later when I was cleaning inside I noticed a screen where the tab had fallen out of the re-screen. I called Ryan out and he immediately scheduled a visit and not only did he fix it, he even touched up a few windows he felt had smudges.

We had a project that seemed might be challenging, we are in an apartment on the third floor of an apartment building with limited exterior access and Ryan not only didn’t decline the job, he quickly figured out some work arounds regarding his equipment and completed the job efficiently and beautifully.
