Paid these people over $400 to clean a 300 sq foot studio apartment. I was told there would be 4 hours of cleaning. They stayed less than 2 hours, did almost nothing and I ended up cleaning the whole place myself plus. When asking for a resolution they became impossible to communicate with, and now 3 months later they're soliciting for reviews so here mine is. I still lose sleep over the amount of money I gave them.

Edit to reply to the owner who just replied to this to say they sent 5 people to my apartment. I will correct you, 2 people came to clean my apartment. Only two. Not five. You're either thinking of a different client or you're flat out lying now.

This was the first time we had Luis and Rosie clean for us. They did a fantastic job cleaning our home! The price was more than fair and the quality of work was excellent. Contacted this team at last minute for a move out cleaning service. They were very responsive and even worked with me when I had to reschedule. The work they did was very impressive. House never looked better. They did all bathrooms, kitchen, vacuuming and dusting. They ensured all the baseboards and window sills were cleaned. House smelled very fresh when they were done. They were quick and affordable. I would recommend them.

Came home to a home smelling fresh and cleaning, not only did it smell good but looked even better. I am extremely impressed with the work that they did on my home. I have a 4 month old and I really needed the house deep-cleaned for some extra reassurance that he wasn't picking up any little germs. They were very detailed and did quality work. Friendly and efficient. They worked with my schedule and I was able to make a same-day appointment because something opened up. We had a great first experience with OC House Cleaning Services! We booked a deep/spring clean (on 24 hours notice) to prep for the arrival of a new baby. The team of three were prompt, professional, respectful and thorough. Our 3 bedroom place was cleaned very efficiently & felt/smelled sparkling clean afterwards. The upgrades to baseboard hand-wipe and interior window cleaning was well worth it. We'd highly recommend them & book them again!

I’m so glad to choose OC Cleaning company to work on our house. They did a marvelous job from exterior and interior. The crew workers are so meticulously to perform their duties. They cleaned so well of all the screens windows and all the cabinets of the kitchen and stove, microwave oven etc. and the entire house. I was looking for a new cleaning service near me, and found Sparkle n' Clean online. I hired them for a deep clean, then a once a month maintenance after that. I have a two story older home and they have consistently done a wonderful job over the last 5 months. Their staff is very friendly and prompt, and everything shines and smells amazing after they leave. Juliana the owner is great, and was flexible with me on my cleaning needs. Also, It was important to me to find a bonded and insured company who does background checks on their employees, as I've been burned in the past. They are fair priced, maybe a little more than average, but as they say, you get what you pay for! I highly recommend their business.
