I needed repair on two sprinkler valves. One was just disconnected wires. The second was a replacement of a 25 year old valve. Mueller was here early worked thoughtfully and quickly and got the job done. I'll use them again.

Oscar was wonderful, identified the problem and fixed it accurately and efficiently. My timer was bad so he replaced that and recognized that a valve needed replaced. Thank you, Oscar. Darlene

We were customers of mueller for around 10 months and had no issues with the basic maintenance of our smaller property. In the last 2 months, as they had a “new crew” in the last 2 months they serviced someone else’s yard and were somewhat resistant when we asked why we had been charged when our yard was untouched. They offered to come back to fix the yard and tried to fix the issue. The following month at our new service they spend the only time there pulling weeds in a 10x10 area and did not even attempt other maintenance that was typical. We again expressed frustration and were met with a cynical response. What may have been a good service and crew has drastically changed in the last two months. I would highly recommend not listening to reviews prior to that time as it has change recently. Administration seems to be supporting mediocrity.

We recently hired this landscaping service for a complete yard overhaul, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. They show up, and do the work, and clean up leaving things spotless afterwards. Couldn't be happier

Mueller Landscape has been a great experience. From the phone call to set up an appointment for a quote to the final touches to complete the job, they were so nice, helpful and professional. The ladies made the appointment, John came out and discussed the best options for my project and his workers came out and executed the job as planned. They did a fantastic job and even took the time to make sure I knew what days and times the system was set to go on and how to adjust it come Summer time. I am so thankful for the people who are Mueller Landscape and the outstanding work they do.

I selected Mueller Landscape for their high ratings and they lived up to every star. Not only did they respond quickly to my inquiry but they graciously answered my call after hours to help walk me through trying to fix an old sprinkler control panel. Once I determined it was not salvageable, I scheduled an appointment to install a new panel. Scheduling was easy and they even moved some appointments around when I was no longer available at the arranged time. Their technician installed the new panel with no problems (and no upselling). It was a pleasure working with the Mueller team!

Trimmed and pruned a large Magnolia Tree. Did an excellent job and the tree looks awesome. Would definitely recommend them for your tree maintenance needs.

One thing I will say about Mueller Landscaping is they are cheap - and you get what you pay for. Mueller Landscaping has done an awful job on our building for the past 5 years, and we just recently fired them.

Mueller charged us a rate based on "time spent" rather than the job done and used this "time spent" as an excuse to never complete a job, often leaving our building looking worse than they found it. I attached a picture of the hack job that they did on our hedges because they "ran out of time" and then they had the audacity to charge us for a 2nd visit to come back and clean up the mess. As we had already done this dance with them several times before, we decided to it was time to get a new gardener rather than pay for clean up jobs.

When our HOA asked Mueller to see a list of tasks that they claimed to complete during their "time spent" it laughable. None of it was being done. For example, they claimed that they were trimming a tree that we were also paying a separate company to trim annually. They claimed to clean trash out of the planter boxes when residents regularly completed this task.

Our sprinklers haven't worked properly in 5 years. It's always a lot of back and forth and excuses for shoddy work with them. They don't seem to take any pride in their work.

We had several sprinklers that were leaking. The technician came out and quickly diagnosed our issue. He repaired the problem quickly and we were up and running in no time!

I would NEVER use this company again! They give you an estimate up front, once their service agent is done there is no way to know what your charge will be! Later they give you a sweet call telling you your bill is three times the estimate. This is an outrageous way to do business and I just want other people to be aware of such a poor business practice!

We have used Mueller landscape for our property monthly for a year with excellent management of our yard. This last year we had a walkway added on the side of the house to, along with landscaping the rest of the yard. Mueller was fair priced, on time, very reasonable. We are very pleased with their work.

Bern using Mueller for close to 2 yrs now and haven't had a problem.
They do weekly maintenance but have done improvements on my irrigation system, and also have done seasonal application of a stump grind wood chip product to maintain both appearance, water retention and weed reduction.
This is a solid group from the owner, office staff and the crew that show and put in the work who we respect and appreciate all of them.

I recently had this block wall installed by Mueller Landscape Inc. Greg did an amazing job and it was pretty hot during the 4 days that he worked. He was very easy to communicate with and understood what I wanted. He kept me informed of the time frame and was very respectful of my property and my time. I'm very happy. Thanks Greg!

(June 2025). Mueller Landscaping just finished doing a very good job at my house (cleaning up weeds, trimming bushes and rosebushes, laying down weed block carpet and applying mulch groundcover). It looks very nice now. I had knee surgery and is harder for me to do this work now. Mueller staff and ground workers were all very helpful and professional. FYI: large jobs may take more than one visit. But it is worth it.

I've used Mueller landscaping twice. Both times excellent service. They know what they are doing. I used them to repair my sprinkler system. Outstanding professional quality service. Highly recommended them! Roland Griffin. Bay Park.

We hired this company to take care of a small front and backyard. It was $200. When they were finished the grass clippings were left all over. Weeds just played down by mower. Apparently they work by time not the job. If you pay $200 they will do what they can in an hour not finish the job. My yard is small and front and backyard usually take 45 minutes. They said they would give us 30 minutes free to clean up. Jason and Jack were lovely however the time policy just doesn’t work for a thorough job.

Mueller Landscape maintains the common areas for our HOA community. The administrative staff and maintenance crew are responsive and they have great communication. Their prices are more than reasonable and they don't try to upsell you on unnecessary services.
