They are the worst landscapers. Every week they destroy my decoration on my front door and they don't care. I have already spoken to the supervisor and every week it is the same thing. 👎👎👎

I live at 13525 Zinnia Hills Place. The landscape is really bad. The Gardner's never cut the hedges or groom the bushes. They never blow the area with their gas blower. There's always trash and lol leaves in the landscape had never been rake. In front of apartment #61 #62 69 all the whole community. I never seen the Gardner's rake or pruned the hedges in front of those number apartment.The supervisor never comes out to check there work. They're rip- off.

Pacific Green has been an excellent landscape company for our community. The managers and crew are reliable, responsible, friendly, and helpful. They want to help us have landscaping that is beautiful and sustainable. They listen, suggest, and respond. It has been a pleasure to work with them.

Horrible horrible Company! Our Complex looks like a sad mess! There are broken sprinklers , dead leaves and weeds everywhere! Our plants and bushes look extremely dry and wilted! The ground looks like no one has raked in years! Just absolutely a mess! The trees and bushes look like they have an uneven trim and have some long branches hanging out, a lot of dead branches in between the trees and fences, bushes. Very poor work they do. Do not hire them! You will regret it! And our HOA doesn't seem to hold them accountable!!? I wander why?? Hmm...

After 18 years, I've never seen it look like this, so wonderful to see. Well done.

Possibly one of the worst landscapers out there. I would advise everyone to avoid this company. They ignore overgrown landscaping all winter, only to come prune them back after they’ve been flowering in the spring. They chose to trim back our sage plants on the first day of spring once again. This is an ongoing issue. They ignore landscaping needs until the very last minute, when it’s too late.

I’m continually impressed with Pacific Green landscape company. They took over our complex and have been diligent, timely, and thorough since they started here. The crew shows up rain or shine (always!), spends several hours here, and leaves the landscape looking clean and manicured. They are also friendly and professional in their interactions. Can’t say enough, we are so thankful for the job they do!

The landscape team at Pacific Green servicing our commercial property are professional, the office and sales staff very accommodating, and the entire operation delivers top notch quality at a more than reasonable price. Our property has never looked better, and we're spending less money on our monthly water bills. Highly recommended

If these guys "work" at your apartment complex, make sure to be ready to do some landscaping to not have a thorn stuck in your eye after they neglect a high traffic area for a month or more

Pacific Green Landscape has been providing their services at my condo complex for years. Our premises are continuing to deteriorate because of Pacific Greens sub par work performance. To say we’re disappointed as a community is an understatement. We pay over $50,000 a year in landscaping costs for our complex to look unkept, and very messy. Instead of picking up dead leaves and pine needles, the crew uses blowers to push it all around. This just makes our cars dirty, and the rubbish blows back into our driveway the whole week. Leaving our complex in this state is also a big fire hazard. Instead of properly pruning our bushes, they use gas powered blades that damage everything. Some of our trees are diseased and need immediate attention. We have weeds growing all over our complex because Pacific Green doesn’t bother removing anything. We are wasting a lot of water because there are broken sprinkler heads all over our complex.

We do have a decent sized complex with 4 buildings, it should take hours to complete each week. Somehow this crew gets it done in an hour or so, then proceeds to take a long break until leaving altogether. These guys are either lazy, or have no pride in their work. Our community deserves and demands better service, we all pay a lot in HOA dues that go to cover things like good landscaping. We collectively feel that Pacific Green Landscape Inc. is taking advantage of us. It’s one thing not to have pride in your work, but to be this continually negligent is absolutely appalling.

Stay far away from this company! The landscaping workers here are honestly terrible. Today a guy with a leaf blower was less than 10 feet from my unit, blowing a whole pile of dirt DIRECTLY toward my place. My window and sliding door were open, and my entire living room filled up with dust. I was literally getting dirt in my eyes and in my mouth; so much that when I closed my mouth, I could feel it crunching between my teeth while I was standing inside my own living room.
This isn’t a one-time thing either. It’s been going on for years. We’ve contacted the company, we’ve complained to management, and absolutely nothing has changed! The lack of care or respect these so called “landscapers” have for the people living here is honestly unbelievable. A lot of residents are seniors with health problems, and once a week we all have to deal with clouds of dirt being blown straight into our homes.
I’ve gone outside on multiple occasions to ask them to stop blowing debris directly at our units, and every time they give attitude and say, “I’m just doing my job.” I really don’t understand how someone can point a leaf blower right at someone’s patio door and blast dirt into their living space. And half the time they’re blowing around dirt that’s just sitting under a tree anyway and nothing is even getting cleaned. At this point, it almost feels like they are intentionally doing a bad job.
Seriously, stay far away from this company! They do not care about the residents they’re supposed to be servicing.

Crap groundskeepers. Sloppy quick job. Especially the ones working at the apartment complexes. They do not respect people's property. As another user stated they are rude/have bad attitude.

Groundskeeping crew seem to have this odd attitude constantly mean mugging instead of showing some courtesy to those who live around our complex. As far as yard work, trimmings/debris are left everywhere and same experience as others have mentioned. They clearly do not take their time and it shows.Not recommend.

Unsatisfactory work at the palacio apts in EC. Constantly leave tons of debris everywhere. Havent cut certain areas of grass for months, let alone picking up left over trimmings and trash. Only blowering it towards the end of our complex. Employess cutting corners is the quickest way of getting poor reviews.
