Melissa and Darci came out to do a cleaning for us while we prepare to welcome our twin babies! They did such a great job, I was blown away by their work and will definitely contact them the next time we need a refresh!

Melissa's cleaning company responded promptly to our request for a move-out cleaning and was available the same day. However, we found that her standards did not meet our expectations. At her rate of $100 per hour for an empty house, these were the results.
After I expressed my dissatisfaction, she offered to return and address her "slight oversights." However, I declined her offer, as I felt our standards did not align; I did not believe it was acceptable to leave a home in this condition. Melissa did refund me seventy dollars.

I was quoted standard service which entailed more than what I was given. The dusting in the living room was not done, the toilet upstairs was still dirty but most of all the sweeping of the stairs resulted in litter and debris under the stairs which was left for me to clean. I had to reclean the same day due to a party I was having. I was looking to find someone to clean once a month this definitely will not be the case. Hopefully it was just a bad day for this cleaning company
