I am writing this review to express my appreciation for the excellent work done on our three olive trees. They were laced out beautifully and shaped perfectly for future growth.

Furthermore, I was impressed by the team's attention to detail during the cleanup of the property after the project was finished. I highly recommend Artistic Arbors Gardens to others.

They have no concern for the air quality in San Diego. They use giant blowers that allow the dust to fly everywhere. When asked for them to stop, the worker just waved me away. Their office told me to think about my property value & how much it will improve when the work is done. I'm thinking about the dust that now fills my lungs, covers my house, porch, windows, and walkway. When I asked the workers doing the job if they would clean at least the sidewalk, the guy told me "I don't speak English"... he understood what I said because he answered me in clear English.

The team that came out to plant at my home did not consistently mix the compost with the original soil in the area, causing two very expensive trees to die. When I contacted them, noting that we told her workers they missed adding the compost, she was unconcerned and felt it was not her responsibility, after telling me how important it was to purchase compost before the job. Additionally she tried to sell me 60 bags of mulch ($600), even as we would have mulch from some trees that were to be removed, and the company truck arrive Day with with a huge "free mulch" sign on it. Dodgy business. I will not be spending another $8,000 with this company for his year's spring projects.

Had gotten quote to trim up 40 year old 30' tall canary island palm and also just-in-case estimate for removal. Beautiful palm with great sentimental value. Sadly discovered palm had likely been infected with South American Palm Weevil. Decided to go ahead with removal. Kelly was great with follow-up questions and Bonnie handled the paperwork.

The crew came in with boom and skillfully removed the palm despite tight conditions (wires, fence and surrounding plants). They took care to minimize damage to nearby plants and cleaned up our yard and neighbor's yard. Great job!

Not sure how this business is getting such high rating. I contacted them after seeing such ratings. They came by and gave me the quote for the tree and stump removal. the quote for the job was $1200. On the day of the service they came by and cut the trees and informed me that the grinder for stump removal is not available, the workers left after asking to contact the office. After calling them I got a text saying the grinder was broken it would be repaired at a later day. Further, about the pavers, concrete and pool around the tree stump, actual quote from text I received "damage, almost always occurs". None of this was mentioned at the initial quote. After this they charged my credit card without my authorization after giving me a "discount" of $300. I have had to pay another contractor $600 to complete the job, also they broke the sprinkler the first time they came, they asked me to read the terms and conditions, according to the text I received "they are not responsible for any irrigation damage". I will be contacting the credit card company to dispute this. Stay away from this company

On time, great crew, cleaned up beautifully. My trees hadn't been trimmed up or "laced" in over 20 years...fabulous job, great company. The know their trees, and they know what needs to be done! Honest, trustworthy, strong valued work ethic. I will hire them again.

Had Kelly's crew trim my 50 year old citrus tree's and a huge sago and canary island palm. ( pineapple palm) They did. A fabulous job. I also had them fertilize and organic spray the trees . The guys were very professional and proficient in their work. My 2 palms look amazing . I can't say enough about their work. They cleaned up everything. Very neat and tidy.

Loved my experience with this company. Kelly and the crew were great. Had some star jasmine removed along a fence line. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent. They will be my go to company when it comes time for my Italian Cypress to be trimmed.

First off Artistic Arbor Gardens Inc. did do a great job trimming our tree. The reason I am rating them only 2 stars is because after they were done all the damage they did to our beautiful yard. It will cost me over $400 to repair out back fence, some wrought iron fencing and our beautiful wind spinner. They also destroyed five of our plants. If you have NO plants or decorations in your yard they are for you.

Contacted them to prune my out- of-control pomegranate tree, arrived on time, did a great job in the rain, and was cold out, burr..
clean up was great!!

Hired them for a very large job. They completed the project on budget and on time. They were professional and clean.

They are awesome and I would recomend them to anyone for any size job.
