Preferred services is the best floor/carpet cleaning service around. I have a toddler and I am thankful to them for getting my carpets cleaned and squared away. Gerry is a true professional and all round great service. I will definitely be using them again

Don't bother getting quotes from other businesses. The fine folks at Preferred Services not only do phenomenal work, they are professional and enjoyable to work with. Just take a look at these finished photos. My husband and I moved into a pretty grimy rental. Floors were trashed. I wanted to get the floors (hardwood and tile/grout) professionally cleaned so I got quotes. This team won my business and my loyalty. They get the job done and RIGHT!

In the past I tried several cleaners. Compared with them, Ramos is much better; cleaner, swift, reasonable price and punctual. I would recommend them to others.

BEWARE!!!!! This company is the worst. Thieves, they broke stuff, damaged things, and we're not honest. Overcharged also. Nice as pie and promise everything beforehand! I'm just saying... you've been warned. Would give 0 or negative stars if possible.

I wouldnt take the chance of recommending them to anyone. Im almost positive only hot water was used on my carpets and rugs. Im sure there are odorless degergents but even those have some cent there was no "just got the carpet clean " smell or look. I mean you can clearly see the machines marks on the rugs but still looks the same as previously getting wet... side note we do not wear shoes in our house and only have carpeting on stairs so basically just a little oil and dust build up. My home carpet cleaner does a better job but with preparing for the holidays thought it would be nice to treat myself to "professional " cleaning lol lesson learned you pay for what you get next time ill opt for the more expensive company and hopefully get better results.

We highly don't recommend JPC Cleaning. The owner Jeff sends horrible workers to your home smelling like cigarettes and doesn't care about customers at all. Worker left sweat on our carpet! Beware and look elsewhere.

Jeff is here now and cleaning my sectionals. Amazing job. I can see the pieces are starting to clean up very nice.

Would highly recommend. Found him on Craigslist, gave me a great price, happy with results.

I gave JPC a shot because I lived in Lakeside, they're local, and I was short on time. Not to mention the price, which was great. He did 3 rooms including closets for $82. In the end I was NOT impressed. The carpets didn't look any better, and my land lord ended up charging me $200 to have her guy do them again. I wouldn't use JPC again unless I was short on cash and the carpet stains were minimal. In the end you get what you pay for.

I have used Jeff many times. I am always completely satisfied. He is professional and very nice. He does a great job and really cares about his work.
