I needed some work done on my AC. They provided a free quote and repaired my AC just in time for this heat! I got a total of 4 estimates and Aerify was the most cost and time effective. My AC was fixed in less than 2 days. The lady also was able to get the guy(mechanic? Fixer? ?) to work with around my schedule, THANK YOU! Great customer service! I contacted the company for a "tune-up" on my A/C. The home warranty company selected Aerify to do the work. The technician was about 30 mins late but at least he called me to give me heads up. I appreciated the call. They removed the filter and showed me the problem. I was having reduced A/C flow due to excessive dirt on the filter. The only problem I had was I was the one who had to get down and vacuum out the A/C which was a challenge and vacuum, wash, and then dry my reusable filter. My current health problems made doing these tasks difficult. In fairness, I guess the annual A/C cleaning promo did not include learning the filters and cleaning under the A/C closet. My recommendation is to make sure you read the fine print of any special discount offers. The technician was a nice guy and respectful. Not his fault for the parameters of the discount promo.

The tech arrived timely. Ismael is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and explains everything to my satisfaction. The dispatcher Monica, is wonderful. Cost quoted was very reasonable. The parts arrived very quickly and Ismael installed them promptly and completely cleaned my dryer. It works just like brand new. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to everyone looking for a wonderful local company for repairs. 👍👍👍👍👍

I recently had Aerify Heating & Air come out to service our furnace. The problem we were experiencing is that our furnace would run for a couple of minutes and then would automatically turn off. Aaron thoroughly diagnosed the issue, explained to us that the filtered needed to be replaced in order to allow enough airflow entering the furnace. Our furnace had a heat detector that would automatically turn off when the furnace overheated. Luckily we had an extra filter and he replaced it for us while he was at our house and provided us recommendations on how we can properly maintain our furnace. I was extremely impressed with Aaron’s expertise and honesty.

We have been working with Slayton Mechanical for years, and have always found them to be top notch. It’s rare these days to find contractors that are responsive, and go above and beyond, the way Slayton does.

I called Slayton and set up an appointment he explained to me what they might have to do. It was to rewire the thermostat .I got home early and the guy was already there. The guy came in had reworked the wires. Still didn’t work I thought oh no, they’re going to gouge me. He replaced a fuse. Checked out the rest of the equipment started right up the quote they promised me they stuck to it and didn’t try to gouge me. Love these guys using again.

Showed up on time, good service, fair pricing. Admittedly this company is the one recommended by my condo association, but I can see why.

In the middle of a heat wave, I called several contractors, all said it would be at least four days before they could come out.

Bill Howe's rep was curt and unfriendly quoting overtime rates if they came on Sunday. When I said thanks anyway, she basically hung up on me. (Their rates are astronomical).

I called Julie at Western Mechanical, she was friendly, businesslike, and found a way to get the tech out today. Dino was fantastic - explained everything, and was so accommodating.
