I called Brian after someone had given me his info and a fantastic recommendation based on their own personal experience. I had done consultations with about six local companies for a new AC unit and furnace and felt like I was getting upsold because each company tried to tell me I needed something completely different. It’s different when they all tell you you need the exact same thing so then it’s a known problem in your home and no one‘s lying but when each one has a different opinion, trying to upsell you on something different, I feel like I’m being sold to.

Anyways, I called Brian, I told him what I needed, and I gave him some of the concerns I noticed in our house and he gave me his professional opinion on many things. I felt like I could trust him and that he wasn’t trying to sell me anything in particular, he was giving me what I was asking for, and that was it, no fluff. As soon as I confirmed with him, we set the installation date for one week later and his team came out and installed a new unit outside, a new furnace in the attic, and didn’t leave until everything was tested making sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend Western mechanical and working with Brian and his team. Super efficient, great customer service and the price was right for me.

We had our dryer vents and booster cleaned out. They were recommended because they know our building. What a great job they did! On time, friendly, professional and I highly recommend them!
