Dock from Hi-Tech came to our downtown Condo to fix our Heat Pump, which was not delivering hot air.He found several problems and gave a very reasonable estimate for the job.As it turned out , there were more problems than were expected. Dock diligently approached each problem as it became evident and after nearly 3 hours he had our unit working better than ever. Moreover, we paid only the original estimate. Unbelievable. We were so pleased to see there are still companies with soul. Based on our experience, I enthusiastically recommend
Hi-Tech and will certainly use them in the future as needed.

Very professional and on time in fixing your ac issues. I recently bought a condo in downtown San Diego and the AC in the unit had no power. I had 2 companies come in and check it but they couldn't fix it. Hi-Tech Air Conditioning l, Inc were the 3rd and were very responsive. Our technician Dock was on time, fast, and did a great job. Definitely Recommend them!!!

From getting a text message that Casper the tech is coming to saying goodbye and getting email of the job, it’s one of the best experiences I’ve encountered. Casper was able not only to professionally answered my questions but explained it in plain English! He’s a true Pro at what he does. I’ll definitely recommend Hi Tech!!!
And by the way, Jennifer in customer service office was very helpful and got me an appointment next day despite a very busy and hot week.

Josh answered all my questions, was professional and made me feel at ease as he did maintenance work on my heater. Very professional and explained all that he did. Highly recommend the company for any HVAC work or maintenance.

I had two technicians, Tylor & Shaun, because they had to order a part to fix it completely. They both were professionals who know their stuff. Although I had to wait some time, it was worth of waiting for them.

I highly recommend using Hi-Tech Air Conditioning. The tech they sent over (Victor) was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He found a pinhole leak very quickly and recharged our A/C. We’re back up an running in less than an hour. Hi-Tech provided a heads up text and call when the technician was in route and gave an accurate estimate of his arrival. I can’t recommend these guys enough, I’ll definitely use them again.

I had a great experience with Hi-Tech....both the office staff and technician were professional, courteous, polite and knowledgeable. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless. The technician showed up on time and troubleshot an issue we were having quickly and our systems are running perfectly. Will definitely use Hi-Tech again and recommend them to others.

From the moment I called to the technician (Casper) arriving was less than 10 minutes. He fixed my problem, was honest about my future needs, he gave me future options but wasn’t pushy. I’m very impressed with the responsiveness and care that Casper demonstrated! I will recommend them and will call then again when necessary - outstanding service!!

I have used Hi-Tech for years as my service provider for any HVAC issues and can’t say enough about the professionalism and reliability. Recently, we had an issue that required an after hours visit. To my surprise, Bob, the owner, showed up at my front door which was unexpected but he wanted to make sure to address any immediate needs b/c the after hours tech had a few calls in front of me and I have a family member that requires AC for a health condition.

Fast forward to the replacement of the defective piece of equipment. Kari and the office staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. They were able to get the replacement part ASAP and fit me in to the schedule before the weekend. Casper was at my house promptly on the day of the scheduled appointment. He was extremely professional and made sure I understood what caused the problem and ensured that everything was working properly.

After the visit, I had what turned out to be an unrelated plumbing issue that Casper offered to come back later that day to address (after a full day of other calls). I told them that it could wait till the next day, which again happened to be a Saturday. Casper made time on his day off to come back to see if he could help clear the drain line for me. Turns out my issue required an actual plumber to clear the larger drain but also shows the caliber of the people you work with at Hi-Tech. From top down, you can trust that Hi-Tech will listen to your concerns and truly makes you feel valued as a customer.

Miguel was very informative to my husband, as he detailed the problems with dust and debris that were clogging the Forced Air Unit. Specifically, at the squirrel cage, the motor, and the condensate pump pan areas. Also, he indicated that the compressor that was outside needed to be cleaned out, because of all the leaves and branches that were inside of the unit.

Hi-Tech HVAC had a service rep at our door within half an hour. Greg was friendly, courteous, & knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem & repaired the unit. Greg explained the problems & took the time to answer all our questions. Thank you, Greg for a job well done.

We have used company a few times and they always respond quickly. They work us in quickly and work friendly and efficiently. We joined VIP to keep up with our AC and it’s totally worth it. Casper has helped us out a lot. He is knowledgeable and helpful. Zach came and checked out the unit at a home we are in process of purchasing and was very knowledgeable and helpful

I reached out to Hi-Tech after a family member had passed away and I needed someone to come out to look at a mini split unit. Kari took my call and after explaining my situation to her she assisted me and made sure that everything went smoothly in order to eliminated any stress. Shaun was my technician and identified the problem immediately. He was very personable and I was extremely comfortable working with him. Great experience during a tough time in life. Thank you!
