Josh Christie and his crew did a stellar job at removing the two old HVAC systems in my house and installing two heat pump systems complete with ecobee smart thermostats. Josh is super courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to explain all details of the job. I'm very happy with the high quality service from Hi-Tech/Camino Air and good pricing. Josh did an incredible job diagnosing and fixing our HVAC system.There were several points where he could have gone with a quick assumption as to what was causing our cooling issues but he took his time with deliberate, solid steps to uncover all contributing factors to ensure he knew the best steps to take to fully resolve everything. And he shared everything with me in great detail before executing the repairs.

These guys did a great job installing a new system for us.

Had a $1200.00 repair to heat pump in February. Had to call two weeks later for same problem. In December had same problem. Tech came out and said no problem found. Now not working at all, have to replace whole unit.

My client a elderly disable man recently had wanted a new furnace. - Steve came out and told us his current one was just fine went above and beyond to help him ,He brought us Steve the tech who also was extremely patient w my client -listen to him, did as my client asked which really wasn’t in his job description- anyways they r a terrific company and save My guy thousands of dollars- Bille Howe quoted us $6000 for this same problem - we ended up paying $136 -Howe said we had to replace furnace after 5mins

They didn’t work on my neighbors house and trampled my garden after repeatedly asking them to look out my whole bok choy ruined because they didn’t have a folding ladder this is stupid my property was destroyed
