Arrival time was off by a few hours. We live in the middle of nowhere so its a common problem. Work went smooth and tech Oscar was very informative about what our Air and heating problem was and knew how to solve it quickly.

This morning we discovered that our walk in freezer was not working? We contacted precision temperature within 2 hours. They had a technician to fix our system. I can't say enough about this amazing. Company, they will, it's definitely b our new service company. There technician Cali was outstanding. She explained everything before she, worked on the system. She gave me clear understanding of prices and told me exactly what needed to be done. I was very impressed with her professionalism.

Frank Estabrook performed an excellent service at our home. Diagnosing our wine chilling system and ultimately replacing some old parts and keeping some functioning parts. Our wine chilling system is now back on and performing the way it is supposed to.
