I had a fantastic experience with Elite Carpet Care, Inc.! I called them for help with some moderate carpet damage, and they were at my door within 30 minutes. Robert was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. They were able to take care of the issue the same day, and the results were even better than I expected. It’s not often you get fast, reliable service with such a great attitude. I’m really glad I chose to work with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of carpet care.

Did a thorough job cleaning the living room areas and hallway. He was able to get all stains out with a little ingenuity for a very stubborn stain. The carpets look like new and are ready for next round of children inflicted stains. I’d recommend this business for carpet cleaning services.

Richard was an awesome carpet repair man! I was leary about having to host carpet repair on my ONLY day OFF of the week, however he did his work, explained to me what he was doing and how I could depend on the fact that it would never need to be done again...he also noticed on the entry into my living room which borde e s my home entry along with my dining room, he noticed whomever initially laid th I s car I et cut the underpadding 4-5inc he's shorter than the carpet and it was visible l e by a line....this man took it upon himself to
detached the commencement of the living room carpet, place padding of his own to fill the voided space, ( & That's not even what he was called upon for,) he is efficient , accurate, friendly , explanatory, professional and elite at his work. It shows that this man would only leave a jobs item with positive confidence that whatever work he's done, his company name will only be looked upon from a positive perspective and customers will be Grateful & very satisfied with his work. Richard has serviced my home for a few years now. We recently had a tenant move out of our home and the carpet was completely destroyed. The carpet was filthy and was covered with over 200 red stains! Richard worked his magic and took his time to remove the stains and clean the carpet. I live in another state, so I had him send me pictures. He truly worked a miracle and restored the carpet! Now the house looks presentable to sell the home! Elite Carpet Care is the best! I called at 10am and they were at my house by 2pm. I requested my stair cases and mattress be cleaned, and they did an excellent job. Richard was so nice and his work was top tier and quick. I will definitely be using their service again.
