I had a pretty bad situation with vomit on the carpet, and not only did he completely remove the stain, but he also got rid of the smell—like it never even happened. I’m seriously so impressed.

Putting my house on the market and I needed my carpets cleaned. Rich was able to come out the same day, got the cleaning done quickly and made my carpets look brand new! I also had tattered carpet edging where the room carpet met the hallway wood floor. Rich was able to stretch the carpet, trim off the tattered edge and make it look like new. My carpet in the master bedroom was rippling and he was able to fix that as well. My carpets look brand new and smell fresh. Having Elite Carpet Care come out saved me a ton of money because I thought I would have to replace the carpet.
