Tip Top Arborists did a very nice job on my trees. The trees were cleaned up and shaped as I wanted and the guys did an excellent clean up job. I’m very satisfied.

I thought it’s bit pricy than other places for my tree but their job is very precisely as what they told me to do. They are on time, quick job with 5 men working for my tree. They told me that it won’t need to trim for 2 years. It's been 9 years since first time I use them but the gentleman who gives estimation remembers me and how small this tree was. I strongly recommend them. Thank you!

Todd came over to access a mature sycamore tree on a property I just purchased. I’m the type of person that researches work to educate myself before hiring a professional, so when I heard his plan of pruning and crown reduction to improve the overall health and structure of the tree, I knew I contacted the right company. Tip Top Arborists are hands down simply the best. Forget about all the rest. As a real estate professional serving SoCal since 1999, both myself, my neighbors, and clients alike have tried them all. I rarely make recommendations and very careful when I do unless 100% confident in repeat outstanding service over several years, but Tip Top is one company I can recommend without hesitation with a review long overdue.

1. Tip Top are highly trained licensed Arborists, not just tree trimmers. That's like comparing a Culinary Master 5 Star Chef to a burger flipper. Seriously.

2. They have top of the line newer equipment, safety gear, and multiple trucks/ crews able to handle any size job big or small ( They even sterilize their tools so as not to contaminate your trees from previous jobs, similar to a surgeon when performing surgery. Makes total sense, yet Tip Top are the only ones I have ever seen do that )

3. Tip Top consistently shows up on time, crews work safely and efficiently, are super nice. They do a fantastic job, clean up afterwards and leave your grounds spotlessly clean. ( In most cases cleaner than when they got there! )

4. There's a reason both City of Lancaster and Palmdale choose Tip Top Arborists as their official tree service in their communities.

5. Very importantly, Tip Top is fully insured and carry workman's comp insurance to fully protect you.

Why is this important? Here's just one out of many like this I have personally witnessed... a neighbor whom hired a different company simply because they quoted a lower price. The other co. got injured on my neighbors property while doing the job and then sued my neighbor for liable because the other tree co. didn't have the proper insurance coverage! What? Yes sad but true story. The other co. told my neighbor they had insurance, when they really didn't because they let it lapse due to high premiums. Yikes! Explains how they were able to beat Tip Tops quote. ( Seems like while saving overhead, the other co. didn't care much about my suffering neighbors head. My neighbors stress was through the roof )

Bottom line, if you want peace of mind, no stress, and complete confidence the job will be done right the first time, just call Tip Top.

I would highly recommend Elite Carpet Care to friends and family. Richard came in after hours and promptly got the job done to treat my carpet which had pet urine in it. I thought I would have to have it replaced but Richard went above and beyond to make the carpet look like new. Saved me tons of money. Also they are a very nice small family owned business which I love supporting!

I can’t say enough good things about Richard. He showed up right on time and handled a pretty gross situation—vomit on the carpet—with total professionalism. He removed the stain and the smell completely. My carpet looks brand new now!
