John did a great job, very detailed and meticulous with all aspects of the service. We have a mini-split system and a package unit. He cleaned both systems, checked all aspects of both systems and provided a comprehensive opinion of the condition of our systems. Would definitely have him come back.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! We chose Affordable Air Inc. to replace our entire a/c system and heater unit back in July, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The installation crew—led by John T—was meticulous, clean, and respectful of our home. They finished the job on schedule, made sure we understood how the new thermostat works, and even hauled away all the old equipment. Both of the new systems are running quietly and efficiently. We also receive system maintenance every few months, just to make sure everything continues to work well. If you need reliable, honest, and high-quality HVAC service, this is the company to call!

Gabriel was quick, efficient, and friendly. He came out and fixed our heater in less than an hour, a true hero! He was also able to explain very well to myself and my elderly grandma about the specs of our system and the best route for maintenance! Would request him again in the future!!

Full replacement of air handler and old condenser to new full heat pump system done quickly, efficiently, with clean looking work. Even including the curveball of having to change the new air handler configuration to horizontal due to space constraints

We hired Affordable Air last year to replace our gas heater. Overall the experience was really good, the team professional and communicative. We did have an ongoing issue due to an installation mistake, but eventually the big boss came out to resolve it. We haven’t had any issues since. We just saw John for our annual service now that the weather is cooling off. He is always friendly and a pleasure to work with, prompt, courteous, and detailed in the information he provides. I appreciate Affordable Air and how they run things and would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience from start to finish. Affordable Air replaced our 35 year old furnace, air conditioner, and ducts. Their crew was professional. The work was done right. The city building inspector showed up 7 weeks later, approved the installation and issued the permit. We love our new Carrier HVAC system. It's efficient, quiet, and works well. The cost was 23% less than the bids received from other HVAC contractors. I think we made the right choice. Thank you Affordable Air!

John was great, very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Gave me options to repair my 50 year old heater and well as options to replace it and to replace my whole system. Rates seem reasonable for what is being done.

We have been using Affordable for 3 years to provide preventative maintenance (PM) to our HVAC system. They replaced our system in 2022 and we were very happy with the installation and their customer service. They offer a great deal on annual PM which we have taken advantage of for the last few years. I'm blown away by the awesome customer service from the technicians to the office staff. Would highly recommend using them.

I've been using Affordable Air for a while now, and they are always great. No technician has ever been pushy. They are always super helpful and professional. Jeremee has done my seasonal services, and Gabriel came out to set me up with a new system. Both Jeremee and Gabriel are awesome. Luis and the other gentleman (I'm so sorry I can't remember the name) that did our new install were great, as well. Update: John T. came out to my place to do an inspection on my new equipment, and like the others, he was great. Very friendly and professional. He did a great job!

Affordable Air was the only company that replied to our request for a quote to replace our entire HVAC system: 2 ACs and 2 furnaces. Kenny came out right away and provided our quote and walked us through the whole process including how to apply for financing. The whole set-up was fast and any issues we were able to call and talk to customer service. Our install appointment was initially set-up for about a week later just to install the downstairs units then the upstairs would be done on another day. To our surprise a crew of 5 guys showed up promptly at 8:30am to knock out all the units in one day. Shoutout to Danny, Johnathan, Oscar, Louis, and Eddie. They were all incredibly nice, professional, and communicative. They worked hard all day (about 9 hours), didn't leave a mess, did a great job on the installs. They were even good with our pug who thought he could help when they were installing the Nest thermostats. Thank you guys for taking great care of us and our house. We will 100% recommend AA to our friends and family. Stellar service from all of the techs and employees. We look forward to future maintenance service from you.

Kenny has been to my house to check and repair my heater a few times and is always so professional and quickly finds the problem, and if repair is needed, does it thoroughly and in a timely manner. Kenny always makes sure that my heater is running properly and quietly. He makes sure that I get my senior discount before he leaves. Not only is Kenny a professional at his work, but he's truly a pleasure to work with. Friendly and very helpful.

We called Affordable Air and within 48 hours, our old system was put and our new system was running perfectly. The guys arrived on schedule and clearly communicated all their needs and requirements to promptly complete the job. They were friendly , helpful and clean throughout. Their sales staff also was helpful and direct in helping us finance the entire project. Our home has never been so comfortable. Thank you to all of the team there!

My AC was running perfectly fine before having routine yearly maintenance performed by Affordable air. After I paid over $400, the fan kept turning off and I had no ac for 8 straight 100+ degree days due to their lack of basic knowledge. The same tech came out over and over (5 times) and he couldn't figure out what was wrong or what was causing it. I had enough and called a different company to come diagnose and the first thing they noticed wrong solved the problem. Apparently, the AC capacitor wires were crossed into the wrong slots causing the fan/motor to stop. As soon as the wires were connected where they should be the problem stopped. I have no complaints about the customer service; my issue is their failure to resolve such a simple problem. They are supposed to be professionals, maybe try not to rush jobs and wire crossing can be avoided in the near future. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. Affordable is more worried about selling new ac units/parts than actually fixing simple problems. Their main focus was getting me to purchase new equipment. I have attached pictures of the capacitor clearly showing before and after they disconnected/connected. These pictures were taken by their technician.

My Uncle was Very Pleased with service rendered today. He said that Kenny was Very Knowledgeable, and was willing to answer any questions or concerns that he had.
As for me, I am sOo Very Pleased with the way my Uncle was treated, and all of the polite staff members that I have spoken with to get this handled. I'm sure the installation process will be exactly the same, and we're GRATEFUL for the soonest appointment for it.
