Same-day service came through perfectly! Daniel came out to my house to fix a plumbing problem I couldn't take care of, and he was friendly, professional, and fast. If I ever need some plumbing work again, I'll be sure to call All Heart. I think I'll call them if I have any heating or cooling issues, too.

Every experience that I've had with all heart has been wonderful. Their people are thorough kind and always get the job done. I'm very glad that I have a service contract with them.

Brock was awesome 💯. We had to get our thermostat installed as our old one died. We purchased a new thermostat from Amazon and set up an appointment with All Heart. Brock came out and was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Got us back up and running in no time. We have used All Heart twice now, both times the technicians were great, and labor costs are not horrible and inline with current rates. The one con, which didn't apply for this visit, is if you have to buy a part from them, be prepared to pay 2 to 4 times the amount you could purchase elsewhere on your own. That being said, the cost includes an additional warranty from All Heart. It's just hard to swallow when you see the part for $350-500 and you get charged $1600 for the same part from them....that wasn't including the labour to install. Yikes. it happened to us a couple months ago when we needed a new blower. Anyway, Brock was amazing, full stop. 🙂

An outstanding company! I had my entire HVAC system replaced and it was flawless. I have dealt with seven of the All Heart technicians and they have all been extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend All Heart, you could not find a more dedicated company to resolve your HVAC issues.

Hermes Martinez knows what he's talking about! Everything he said made perfect sense, including giving us several options to think about with regard to expense, replacements and additions. We really appreciated is kindness and respectfulness and he was even friendly with our puppy. Heating/AC is so important and it's a lot to think about so the decisions are long term. We appreciate all he has done to evaluate our property and we look forward to using All Heart's Services!

I could not recommend this place enough. Devon came to give my mother in law a second opinion on botched work she recently had done. What started off as a stressful situation that felt like it had no end turned into a bright light at the end of the tunnel. He was extremely thorough & patient. Explained what was done right, & what was done wrong. Worked with us through the whole process & guaranteed his work with no pressure on going through them or choosing someone else. Truly felt like we were treated as family. My husband & I live out of state & traveled out just to make sure my mother in law was in good hands & I can very confidently say that we can go back home with peace of mind knowing that her house will have heat & ac at no risk to her house or her life.

I experienced an issue with my HVAC heating system in the middle of winter, and All Heart Heating and Cooling responded promptly by scheduling a same-day appointment. My technicians, Devin and Flavio, worked exceptionally well as a team and were professional, caring, and courteous throughout the service. They went above and beyond to restore my heat, and I am truly thankful and grateful for their dedication and excellent service.

Always a good experience with AllHeart! Casey came to do a maintenance! Super nice guy! Was comfortable with him in my house! Jason also came to see how things were going! Another great guy! They gave me a detailed break down of my unit and because Casey went up and did such a great job on the maintenance I am now going to save in my electric bill! I understand my own unit. I love that they are more like normal people coming into my house to help me out rather than a sales man showing up. I also love that they call and remind me about my free maintenance! My house is an hour drive for them and they still are flexible with times!

Tech Devin Murphy came to assess and provide a quote for repair and replacement options. He was very thorough on explaining and demonstrating where the issues lie. He also helped make it easy to understand without all the extra lingo. He gave me several options and provided his professional recommendation which was greatly appreciated. I have two toddlers in the home that make these interactions rather difficult. But he was very patient and even helpful with making the process as easy as possible. I highly recommend Devin and All Heart services.

My hot water tank was banging and requiring draining and flushing. I called All Heart Heating, Cooling & Plumbing to inquire if they could provide this service. Their answer was "Yes" and they send Danny Gomez to come to my location to hand this job. Danny came the next morning and within a relatively short period had the job done. Firstly, Danny Gomez is an amazing young gentleman as well as being highly qualified. It was my pleasure and a delight to get to know him and, not only that, we found a joint interest in vintage and collector vehicles. He did a truly great job and was, indeed, a pleasure to get to know. Thank you for great service.

The HVAC technician was very knowledgeable and straightforward with me when I interacted with him. He quickly diagnoses my issue after about 5-10 minutes of troubleshooting the system.

From start to finish I knew I was in good hands with this wonderful team from Affordable Air. Beginning with Jeremee who explained the process. He's a good listener. Next came the techs: Luis, George and Oscar who worked diligently to install the HVAC system. Another one of their tech came by named John the next day as I had some questions regarding the A/C system. And then Sean came by the following week to complete the job (commissioning). Let me add here also that everyone of their office help was courteous and had good customer service. Let me say thank you to Tammy and Abby particularly. Jeramee, what can I say? Affordable Air is lucky to have an asset like Jaramee. There is no other HVAC Company in the AV that I would feel comfortable providing my family with the HVAC service. When honesty, reliability, timely, quality, and customer service are the boxes you need checked? Affordable Air is the only choice. First, Kenny arrived an hour early which was a god send since i have 2 babies in my house! (his secretary called before he came to make sure it was ok with me for him to come early)… and second, he was able to pretty much diagnose the problem as we walked to my back yard just by me describing the symptoms. Once he diagnosed the actual unit, it turned out that he was right on the money with his pre-diagnosis. He was in and out of my house in under an hour. He not only took care of my problem, but explained and showed me the issue before repair and then cleaned my unit after the repair. AC blowing colder than ever! Will DEFINITELY be a returning customer and will be referring him and this company to friends and family! Thank you Kenny/ Affordable Air!!!

Was nothing but a pure success to have technician John in my home to address my concerns with my new furnace. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, confident he is an incredibly kind and personable Employee. Affordable air needs to hang on tight to this one.!!

Affordable Air installed my Daikin split system about 4 years ago and I love it. So much so, I had them come back and install an another unit on a detached building on my property. Reliable, considerate, responsive, knowledgeable, easy to work with. Can't recommend them strongly enough.

We've utilized Affordable Air a couple times now as the house aged and things needed replacing and fixed. The team of people have been very helpful and professional. We really appreciate Gabriel and the fact that they assign him as our trusted person is deeply appreciated. My elderly mom is bedbound and to have strangers in her home is upsetting to her. So having that familiar face makes getting much needed repairs done less stressful for her.

Kenny from Affordable Air has been routinely coming out twice a year makong sure the hvac system works great. He is the perfect repair/sevice man. He explains everything and has been excellent in trouble shooting the few occasional issues. Highly recommend Affordable Air and Kenny
