Jesus and his men did an excellent job of installing a completely new HVAC system into my condo. They arrived as scheduled and got right to work. They were pleasant and very professional. They covered my carpeting and wore shoe covers. They left no mess whatsoever. Upon completion Jesus walked me thru the steps of installing an app to control my new wifi controlled Nest Thermostat. We tested the new system and it worked superbly. Jesus took pictures and video of all the new components installed in the attic. He explained the purpose of each component. He also explained details of the condenser unit outside. I would encourage any homeowner to consider Pennies for their HVAC upgrade.

They worked quickly, explained everything they did, showed me what was removed, what was installed, and walked me through how the new system works. They also pointed out the upgrades that were added to improve efficiency.

All four were kind, well-mannered, and respectful throughout the process. I truly appreciate their hard work and will definitely be using Pennies Air Conditioning again in the future.

All Heart is great! Ruben came out last summer for service. Located a crack in our heat exchange. Two other companies had been out and never located this crack! He actually saved our lives because carbon monoxide was an issue. Ruben was very thorough and took his time. Can’t say enough about this company and Ruben!

Contacted this company in hopes that they could help me with an evaporative cooler fan motor problem, waited two days for a response, and was abruptly told that they do not work on evaporative coolers! I politely asked them if they could possibly recommend someone, and was abruptly told, go find a handyman! All Heart??? You bet!!!

They came to make sure heater was ready for winter and told us we need a new ac and heater even though both were working fine after the technician left now are ac doesn’t work seems like some trying to rip me off and when we called their office they said they could send somebody out but they would charge us again for something there crooked guy did to our system

Ruben did a fantastic job. He did a thorough inspection and service. He even explained it to me. In the current times where you find so many dishonest technicians who will rip you off whenever they can, Ruben is an exception. He is very honest. I would recommend this company for anyone looking to get their A/C serviced.

Brock is a friendly, respectful professional who was thorough in his work. He clearly explained each step and politely asked when he needed me to adjust a setting on my thermostat. If I call this company again, I would specifically request his help.

I have been using All Heart for almost 4 years now and they are always professional and on time. When we have had any issues they are quick to respond. Our most recent maintenence service was performed by Devon and Daniel, along with Jason, and they were all friendly and helpful! Great service and people!

I hade All Hart come to my house to make sure my heater was working properly for the up coming winter. Everything was working just fine before the showed up. After he went into my attic and messed with things everything stopped working. I was told that I need to replace everything. I had Sears came out to fix everything I was told the All Hart disconnected my a/c and my heater at the motherboard in my Attic. All I have to say DO NOT USE ALL HART HEATING AND AIR

Adrian came out promptly during the appointment time to fix a short in the a/c. He did a thorough service, located the issue, and fixed it. He placed a rug at the entrance door and wore shoe covers inside—he really respected my home. All Heart installed our new heater two years ago, and we have been satisfied customers ever since.

I am worse off than where i started! The tech caused so much damage I now will likely need as much as the wanted for repairs to repair their damages! My unit is trash. I get that. They were unable to fix it. This is understandable. The tech showed me picture and was very polite. One week before DS came i had my plumbing checked for leaks. Plumber confirmed plumbing is fine the unit needed repair. 2 days after the tech attempted to fix the unit my ceiling fell down in my closet. It had became so wet it collapsed. The tech had someone losened the water and caused a leak. Again forgivable if the company had handled this professionally. They did not! I was told “we’ll see about fixing the damage” its been nearly a month an no contact. My room smells musty and has been causing breathing issues. They also left the unit disembled with parts loose on my roof. I have never had such an unprofessional experience.

I have been using DS Heating & Air since we had our AC and ducts installed four years ago. I have had many techs come through but none will stand out as much as Rick (the field supervisor). I have our regular maintenance done every spring & fall. We finally bit the bullet and got our new water tank installed. Let me tell you that I was very impressed with how quickly the work was done. Not only that but Rick and his team were very thorough and professional. One of the things I was impressed by is Rick’s ability to connect with his customers. He is very honest (which for me that’s a pretty big deal.) We got the new water tank and surge protectors for the ac unit which he recommended. Thanks guys! We are very happy with our install.

My furnace went out and I contacted All Heart for the repair. Unfortunately the part I needed was not on hand but the technician Adrian was able to get the unit going but advised of several components that would need maintenance in the future. Since my gas bill was significantly higher, me and the sales rep Rick Caron discussed an alternative unit to the gas furnace. I ❤️the new unit, it’s quiet and i will be saving during the winter.Kudos to Rick and the crew (Luis, Brian, and JK) that performed the removal and installation and wiring performed by Shocker Electric. I recommend All Heart for any HVAC routine or non routine maintenance.

I have bad anxiety when appliances break down but flavio really calmed it and went out of his way to make sure I got the right price for the part which I appreciated I'm disabled so expensive repairs make me nervous he was so nice and explained everything and answered all questions 1 st time using a popular service ( asin on tv ) but wow he was great I received them
