US Air Lancaster is always my first choice when I need to purchase parts or materials in the AV. Raquel and her staff are professional, knowledgeable, and overall they have the best customer service skills out of all the wholesalers in the area. Raquel always goes above and beyond to make sure that our orders are accurate. Raquel has even bailed us out a few times by bringing us materials/parts after hours and on weekends!

Customer service is Great, the employees are very knowledgeable about their equipment and parts. Plenty of equipment unlike other companies right now during these hard times through this pandemic. Raquel the store manager is also making sure the line is moving along and everybody’s getting in and out of there quickly unlike the other supply houses that are taking hours to get to people out of there. Just had an igniter, replaced from penny's air conditioning. The technician was Jesus he was done in about 15 minutes.System is working perfect.We appreciate the prompt service.

Well bad me for just looking at the unit, but I had these guys come out for a diagnostic on 08/19/24 and just discovered, after talking with my electrician they disassembled my ac disconnect fuse box, several parts of the disconnect box were missing and the tech didn't mention the box had fused. The main office has done well to address that the tech didn't discuss the issue with their policies, and I appreciate their time in talking with me about it. Tech was knowledgeable when talking on the phone with them.
