Excellent customer service!! Very knowledgeable and friendly. This was a great experience from beginning to end. Although I needed to get work done I did not feel pressured or like I was being taken advantage of. The items that needed to be replaced were explained thoroughly and I was show pictures. Overall this was a great experience.

I called Arctic Air for a service call. The office folks were super friendly and helpful. Repair tech Mason was at my house a few hours later. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did he explain the problem, he took the time to show me what and where the problem was. He was fair and honest and I totally recommend Arctic Air for anyone that needs this type of service. Thanks guys!

Update-I did need full replacement for my home HVAC system. Javier, Elvis, and Leo came to do the install. They were the best! Great job installing and they spent time explaining things and answering all my questions. Looks great and the house is nice and cool.

Charlie and Johnny came to look at my 20+ year old HVAC unit, which had been having issues. They called ahead and came on time. They were friendly, professional, and informative. They measured how quickly the unit cooled the air to the required temperature. They went up on the roof to inspect it. They took photos and explained what I was looking at. They found enough to convince me it’s time to get a new unit. I was expecting that anyway. I am having them replace it with a Bosch Heat Pump. I will post another review after the installation. I’m very impressed so far with Arctic Air.

Update: Arctic Air installed a Bosch Heat Pump on my roof on Friday, June 13. Everything went smoothly. Technicians Edin and Abel did a great job. They were very professional, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. We are now enjoying our new HVAC system. Heat pumps work differently from conventional A/C. But they really do the job. And it works well bringing down the temperature to 75 degrees F. Our old unit couldn’t get there. Plus, we will be able to heat the house without burning natural gas. That will reduce my gas bill to practically nothing.

Dec 4th:
The unit didn’t heat when the temperature dropped into the mid to low 30s. But Arctic Air fixed it away. This is my review of technician Mike Stevens:

Mike Stevens is an exemplary technician. He called me to see if I was still home and able to see him. And he said he’d be there in 10 minutes and he was. He went on the roof to check for fault codes. Negative for fault codes. He checked the thermostat unit to make sure it was properly seated to the base plate. And he advised me to let him know if the problem happened again in the morning. And then, as he was loading his things into the truck, it occurred to him. He had the same problem in Tehachapi: the ecobee thermostat didn’t let the heat pump come on if the temperature was 35° or below. So he set the allowable temperature drop to 0°. And what I’d like to point out about his brainstorm is that this is the sign of a professional who is really dedicated to solving problems for customers. Because he was thinking about it as he was getting ready to drive off and he came back and said hey I think I know what the problem is. This is great! This is a technician you want on your team.

Jerry is very professional and personable. He explained to me the way a ductless system works and the best options to suit my needs. Jerry is very thorough and I appreciate his time and expertise. Thank you.

Jerry came out to look at our system and was very honest and to the point. He checked for manufacturer warranty instead of just charging me parts and labor. He was very kind, clean and courteous. Thank you Jerry!

I’ve been with Arctic Air for a few years now and Joseph came today to clean out my furnace and close down my cooler and he gave great. Customer service was very nice polite and let me know what I needed what I didn’t need. Just a very nice guy and if I call Arctic Air back for any kind of plumbing or any problems, I will definitely suggest Joseph

10 out of 10 recommend Arctic Air in Lancaster, CA. The level of professionalism, timeliness, and responsiveness is unmatched. My AC unit pretty much died, did not have the proper electrical routing, and almost caused a fire. That same night I was able to call the Arctic Air team and set up an appointment for the next day. Total time between initial inspection of what went wrong, to the installation of a brand new AC/Heating system was about 2 days. What I appreciate the most is their continued response before and AFTER the work is done. They don’t disappear! If you are looking for an Air Conditioning Company, you will not beat Arctic Air’s quality, warranty, and ownership of what they do. Thank you Charlie and team! (Please see before and after photos)

Mike came out to fix an issue that was unfortunately overlooked on the install of our unit. We were able to make an appointment immediately and he came back the next day to finish since there was a heavy storm. He was great. Friendly and personable, and explained everything. Charlie is the guy who sold us our unit and he was great too. We were able to complete the whole process in less than a week, and he even offered us his mobile unit in the interm. He made many recommendations for improvement for our system. We love our new Bosch variable unit from Artic Air. It's doing so much better than our 19yo, smaller unit we replaced. We are cooler and our bill is almost halved.

Arctic Air has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Mike Stevens originally came out, showed us how bad our original unit was, kept it straight forward and honest. He quoted us to fix the unit which was a very reasonable price, but I was very impressed on how honest he kept it and didn’t push more expensive services on me. Knowing we were better off replacing our entire Heating/AC units, I ended skipping the repair and did an entire system replacement with them. Mike set everything up, helped me purchase the new units and within several days we had awesome brand new units. They even offered space heaters at no charge while we waited for the new units. My AC runs at much lower BTU’s, saving me hundreds of dollars in the hot months and is fast and cool. The Heater is a hybrid and warms the house extremely fast. Everything is so convenient and efficient now. Arctic Air even called me several days ago and scheduled me for a free maintenance service to prep the units for the Winter season. Mike Stevens came back out and once again did an amazing job! He is professional, knowledgeable and honest. I can’t thank Mike enough for what he has done for us and our home. I’m sure they got some great people working there but if you want a truly awesome professional technician ask for Mike Stevens.

Outstanding Service from Miguel!

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. They were able to get us scheduled quickly, which we truly appreciated. Communication was clear and timely the entire way.

Miguel, our technician, was fantastic — friendly, professional, and very efficient. What really stood out was how thoroughly he explained what he was doing and what was going on with our A/C system. He took the time to make sure we understood everything, which made us feel confident and well taken care of.

It’s not often you come across service like this. Miguel went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with the work. Highly recommend asking for him if you need A/C service!

Our 24 year old wall heater was replaced Dec 22 2025 by Samuel and Miguel. They were on time, finished in shorter time than estimated, clean, professional, and provided lots of answers to our multiple questions.
The gentleman that came out the week before to diagnose the problem gave us same info as the So Cal Gas representative. But, in addition to saying we were fortunate to be alive and should keep the heater pilot off, he came back the next day with a portable heater for our use until new heater could be installed on Monday .

This company is awesome! We had a broken unit & these guys hooked us up. Joe came out explained everything to us so we could make an informed decision. He even helped out with part of the install. Ivan & Tony the installers were great. Super respectful & explained where they were in the process. We looked at 4 companies & honestly, I'm glad we chose Arctic Air
