Really cool place. Nice and quick service. Walked up to the counter asked for the part I needed, they brought it, and I was out the door. Fair prices as well, compared to Amazon and other websites.

Fast and efficient

I called them and with in a day they were at my house, which I was so glad since we were having a heat wave and AC was not working properly, they came out and fixed it, now my house is not 90 degrees.

Searched all over for a fuse for my heater and couldn't find it anywhere Ace helped me with the right fuse and heater works well hard to find honest helpful people so happy and warm thank you thank you Happy New Year ☃

the owner dean dishonest, they have been to my house 2x, paid service fee twice $$ plus it was diagnosed incorrectly twice which I paid over $450. called for the third time last week for something that's warrantied. is the same problem always, air conditioner is not cooling. would not return call or correct problem. if they would correct problem i would not be writing a review.

We had ac problem, this is a renal house, I called ACE, Jocelyn scheduled the service right away, the tech arrived on time, very professional and friendly, they know what they are doing. They tech did several tests, and tried all kinds way to fix it. They ordered the parts immediately, follow up with me for coming back to complete it.
This office makes the ac repair so smooth and so easier, couldn't like them more!

Ace Air conditioning was sent out to my house through my home warrenty service. I was having problems with my swamp cooler. The person who set up the appointment was friendly. The technician was prompt and courteous. He was able to repair the problem and he did it in a timely manner. He answered my all of my questions as well. The swamp cooler is now performing perfectly! Highly recommend this company.

I was just reading over some of these reviews and was pretty surprised on some of them. I guess you can't please everybody. I decided to take the time to write of my experience. Shortly after I purchased my home in 2010 I decided to change out my air conditioning and heating system to energy efficient. I called ACE and spoke with Dean. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. At that time there were several different rebates, etc and Dean was so helpful he even got all the paper work ready for me so that I could take advantage of all the savings.
One Sunday I could not get my air conditioner to work. I called Dean. He just so happened to be in my area when I called and even though it was his day off he swung by my home real quick. It ended up being something I had messed with on my thermostat that caused the problem. It took him 5 seconds to figure it out and he left without charging me. In my opinion Dean is an excellent business man.

This is the only company I will ever use for HVAC. Their technicians are always polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their work.

Our heating system stopped working during a cold night, but Lancaster Air Conditioning & Heating came to the rescue. The technician was friendly and very efficient. We’re warm again thanks to their fast response!
