Today I met Arctic Air's dream team - all professionals and the highest quality work.

We had quite a mess on our hands and these guys really came through for us. In our previous HVAC system, the AC was beyond repair, the 4 year old furnace was improperly installed/ undersized, and the furnace and water heater platform was deteriorating.

We first met with Rick on Tuesday. The system was installed the same Friday.

They removed the old equipment, rebuilt the platform (it is so nice and clean), installed a new HVAC system, installed a new smart thermostat in a better location, and reinstalled the water heater.

This was an S-tier installation. I now have peace of mind that I have a safe and efficient system... that feeling is priceless. We should have called sooner.

Angel, Charlie, Edin, Javier, Johnny, Juan, Leo, and Rick - you guys were awesome. It's a huge relief that this is now done and done right. It was a pleasure meeting all of you.

Bree and Tim were amazing. Scheduled and fixed my HVAC system issue on the same day! Provided a wonderful service and shared advice on keeping my system running smoothly. They will definitely be my go to company!

Tim was great! He was very kind and thorough with his job. He explained what work he completed and also gave recommendations to improve the quality of my existing swamp coolers without pressuring me to lock into any new purchases. Awesome service all around. Highly recommend!

The company was fast, nice and easy to work with, they worked on our mini split units even though the company themselves didn’t install them which I had called 3 other companies prior just to get a ‘no we don’t work on mini split units we didn’t install’ getting an appointment was easy and our technician Mike was informative, transparent with costs, and worked efficiently and got our units back working the day of. We even signed up for their maintenance plan and 100% plan to be using their company in the future for other projects.

This is the second time these guys have come out to service my HVAC system, and just like the first time it was a different technician, but he was respectful, polite, extremely knowledgeable explained everything no upsell, unless I wanted to jump on things that may become problems in the future. It’s a great service and I am glad that I subscribed to their maintenance service.

Joseph came out and inspected our ducting on our unit to find out where the insulation was coming out of our vents from rodent damage. He was very thorough in explaining the issues we had and was very professional at his job. He gave us 2 quotes to choose from.

Artic air 5 star Review I couldn’t ask for anything more. Ask for Mike and Tim great guys. We supplied the swamp cooler and they Came in on there day off to install the Swamp cooler for me and my family on a Sunday in over 100 degree heat. They were very friendly and got our home blowing cold air in a remarkable time. Very fast, hard workers and Genuine guys.

Joseph was the absolute best! He was able to solve our problem efficiently and at a great price. They also do a maintenance membership for $99/year that is extremely valuable to have. 5/5!!!!

Thank you so much to Mike and Tom at Artic Air for such a great service. Hands down the best service you can possibly ask for to install a swamp cooler in such little time. We provided the swamp cooler for them and they came in on their time off on a Sunday afternoon free of charge and they knocked it out very fast. We had the pleasure of having Mike, Service Technician from Arctic Air, show up to our house, very friendly, very attentive and got out AC unit diagnosed, repaired and up in running very quickly and efficiently. We booked a next day service and were successful on having someone come the next day. They offer 24 hour emergency service. Definitely adding them to our contacts. We will be replacing our whole AC unit soon and they will provide the service. Thank you, Mike!!

A technician from Artic Air came to my home to winterize my cooler and also checked my wall heater to make sure that everything was working properly. Good news they also offer plumbing services now.

Truly deserving of 5 stars. Our AC went out right before we were heading out of state for a wedding(End of May). The system was over 20 years old at that point and we were looking for a full replacement. We were able to get 4 quotes from different companies before we left and Arctic Air wasn't the least expensive but ended up as our choice. First quote..."we are the cheapest and good luck finding someone else who can do it for less and as quick as we can at this time of the year". Second quote from Home Depot and was reasonable. They did a lot of inspections and have great plans/service but all their service options get dispatched from outside our local area by a lot and I like to try and keep it as local as possible. Fourth was a local service option and actually had the lowest price but just didn't feel great in our interaction. They listened but basically showed up, read our units numbers and left. They did call back and hand delivered a quote but our Third quote felt the best. Third quote delivered was from Arctic Air and Charlie was the person who came and did the job walk/quote. He made himself very available and remember we ended up out of state during these talks with a 3 hour time difference. Every person we dealt with during this transaction was fantastic. They take pride in their work and offerings. When we decided on Arctic Air they showed up on time, worked diligently and kept us informed on all tasks and timelines.
Now onto why they truly deserve the five star rating. Our full unit replacement was installed 3 months ago. We are getting into cooler times but I noticed the electricity bill increased and the unit running longer. I inspected the outside unit and noticed an oily build up on the bottom of the unit and we contacted Arctic Air the next day. They were able to get a Tech(Mike S.) out to us that day. He assessed the unit and identified the problem. He was honest that the issue was the installation tech must have missed a step and was very apologetic. This is a very important note. Didn't try to blame something else, lie/cover anything up. He took ownership of the issue(he didn't install our unit) and fixed it. Owning up to issues means a lot to us. That's accountability and one thing Charlie kept stressing was how much they truly hold that value. As a business they don't want to have to run around fixing problems caused by their actions. Do it right the first time. So looking us in the eye and saying "this shouldn't have happened, it should have been caught, it's our fault and we will make it right" really means a lot. That's integrity. When we need our unit inspected/maintained Arctic Air will always be that choice. If we move and/or need a new unit, they will be the first ones we call. You never want to run into an issue. However, you also want to know that company will take care of the issue should one arise. Their service and accountability is truly note worthy. The Bosch unit they installed has saved us money and now knowing how the handle their business makes it money well spent. I hope the key take away on this review is they stand behind their work and you aren't just a job.

Additionally, he offered valuable recommendations for enhancing the performance of my existing air conditioning unit without exerting any pressure to consider new purchases. Overall, it was a commendable experience, and I highly recommend his services.

Technician Michael was very polite and respectful of the premise. He explained and showed sample photos to better understand what's going on and what's needed to get the service we really need. Very hones and detailed with the process.

Breane is a top notch call taker, she listened to my needs understood my situation and was very accommodating to me. Tim was a professional well spoken technician. He took his time taking care of my AC and answering all my questions. AC is blowing great now thanks artic air!
