Service unbeatable I had a young man show up approximately 15 minutes ago didn’t charge for late night visit, I was told that I needed a inducer motor lucky for me. The technician has that particular parts in his van, 15 minutes later, everything is working as it should technician was very informative. Thank you..

Just wanted to say Pennies Air Conditioning, Heating, & Solar’s Jesus & Johnnie were great to work with on quoting a price for the demo of our old 1983 split system in the attic & outside which was on it's last leg. They answered all our questions and Jesus showed us the bad on the old AC system which was barely working in the attic (hands on in the attic when he visited to provide a quote), then provided different options which fell within our budget and were actually lower than the previous quotes from other subcontractors, Jesus also went over all the controls and simple maintenance to keep our system running efficient and cool in the beginning and a second time before they left. They were careful not to track any debris in or out of the house and cleaned up when they were finished, as this was a large 2 day project. On a scale of 1 to 10 Pennies to us are a 10+ on Professional in their workmanship, demeanor/appearance.

The installers worked well as a team and were always responsive and professional along the way. We are delighted with the service provided. Had a broken igniter, call pennies they save the day. Technician was very informative trustworthy and clean. Price was reasonable with a one-year warranty. If we ever have any other problems in the near future, this will be the company to call for us.
