My heating and cooling system broke down suddenly one day in july was trying to get insurance to cover it. I originally called another HVAC company (that shall not be named) and they worked with my insurance, only to get the claim denied.

I decided to give Pennies a call and they said they were fairly certain they could help get this reversed. Pennies air conditioning team helped us throughout every step and even talked with our insurance adjuster on the phone. In the end, we were able to get it covered.

I had a million text questions Throughout the process they were extremely professional With A open book Transparent Approach which I really appreciated.

I live in a bipolar weather city of palmdale California the summer is the worst with temperatures Exceeding 110 and the winter Temps dropping below 32 degrees so get prepared and stay prepared with pennies. I needed a whole new furnace and air conditioning unit, and these guys were great! Upfront and fair pricing, nothing added on after the estimate, and Juan and the rest of the installers were friendly, competent and very diligent. I wouldn't call anyone else for help with the heating and cooling.

We had to replace our HVAC system. Pennies was recommended to us by a relative. HVAC systems are very expensive. Their price was very competitive. The reason we went with them was because of the people. From the first call to installation, they have been professional and thorough. They got the necessary permits to use a crane to install it on our 3rd floor condo. The work was done in a few hours. It's been a few weeks, and we're completely satisfied.

The team that came out to replace my furnace and air-conditioning was extremely professional, kind, and courteous. They did excellent work, and I’m very happy with the results. I will definitely be contacting them again for any future needs.

He was incredibly patient and took the time to explain how to spot a gas leak, how to safely turn everything off if it ever happened, and what may have caused the heater to stop working in the first place. That kind of care and honesty goes a long way. I’ll definitely be calling them again for AC maintenance when summer rolls around.

If they install they will stand behind what they say! My system was not working and boy we were freezing. Ivy Jr keeps saying Don’t worry I will stay in with you until I figure out what is the issue and he did just that! It was amazing to see him troubleshoot with patience and his demeanor never changed throughout the process. He should host a technician workshop on how the customer is not always right but together we will figure it out and he absolutely did! Ask for Ivy Jr! You won’t be disappointed. Hot and Sweaty? Bone chilling cold? If you’re reading this review, you Clearly need Jesus in your life. My HVAC system has seen better days. So, I called around and got a few outrageous quotes, and a few flaky quotes. Pennies, gave me a good solid invoiced quote with well-reviewed equipment, so I pulled the trigger. The crew that came out to do the installs was led by Jesus, and his disciples Juan, Antonio (tony), Pedro, and one other fellow I failed to get the name of. We'll call him Thomas. They had my old, HVAC, system pulled out within a few hours. While sitting around at lunch they drew up a sketch of my new ducting on my old furnace box. You could tell it was a tight crew, as they watched out for each other ensuring that they were all hydrated in the heat of the attic. Everyone had a job and did it well. I had a plan prior to getting the job done, installing a whole house fan. Unfortunately, it was delivered late and I needed to install it prior to HVAC install and when it finally arrived the dimensions were bigger than we figured. Jesus, and the boys worked out a new plan to get their ducting around my big fan. They worked two 12-hour days to get my system installed and get my family comfortable. Don’t hesitate to call Pennies, they will definitely meet your needs and a decent price.

Pennies A/C company came in and gave me fair quote for upgrading my A/C from central to a Goodmen air handler 5 ton system in late June Ivy explained everything to me so I could understand how the system works compared to my old system.

The crew came out and got right to work it took several hours but Jesse and the crew was very knowledgeable and helpful they cleaned up the area.
Jesse showed me how to get the app and turn on the system wow it feels way better than my old system and it only takes 15-20 minutes to cool down my 2000 square foot home it’s been a month now and we’re very happy with the system installed by pennies and I definitely will recommend Pennies A/C.

My AC and propane furnace gave out so I decided to install a new heat pump system. Pennies was the only firm that responded quickly. They came out the next day and were able to size a system that met my budget. I appreciated that they worked within my asking price and did not force a system on me. They were able to install a new unit within a week, including replacing most of the duct work, taking only a day and a half to do it. Then they took the time to explain how the unit and new thermostat worked. The new heat pump works great to both cool and heat. Even with temperatures dipping below freezing it has no problem heating my house. Pennies is very professional, prompt, and has friendly service to meet your needs. I was extremely happy with the experience.

They were their first company that I called and the owner Johnny answered, I explained to him that I had a neighbor who was 98 and her heater went out. It was 55° in her house. He immediately sent someone over, his name was Juan. Awesome awesome man., he got her heater working only charged her $75 when other companies charged 125 and up when I’ve called them in the past. I knew and she knew for a long time that she was needing a new heater and we just kept getting it fixed, but eventually the heater needed to be replaced. She didn’t quite have the money yet and that was not a concern of Johnny’s what was a concern was getting her some heat that stayed on for her. She could pay him later. Sure enough today is Wednesday, February 25 and two employees came over to do her heater for her. In this day and age when there’s so much darkness in this world, this man showed compassion. Do I recommend this company? Absolutely they are going to be mine and everyone else I know Heating and Air go to company. Thank you, Johnny from the bottom of our heart for taking care of her!
