I've Used these guys since they started out. In fact I have signed up for there two time a year service. They really take care of my summer needs and my Winter needs. I have not found anybody else up here and the AV for over 30 years. You can really count on these guys.

My mom and I started using AM PM this year to service our swamp coolers and we've been very pleased. They are friendly and professional and come out right away when we need something. The prices are very reasonable and everything is explained.

After trying several different disappointing companies, AM & PM was able to easily diagnose and repair the issue with my air/heating unit. Having a unit that uses my water heater for heat instead of the usual gas turned other repairmen away but the AM & PM professionals knew exactly the problem and were able to easily communicate it to me so I could make an informed decision based on the options available. Their price was very reasonable based on the work and I will use them for regular maintenance from now on.

I've known for a few years that I would need a full system replacement but I kept it hobbling along. This summer my original system finally gave out. I asked a retired pro in the business what to do and who to call and I was referred to AM & PM Air Conditioning-Heating Service - Thanks Joe! Rick and Henry are very responsive. They told me exactly what I needed. They gave me a clear and easy to read estimate. They gave me the timeframe that it would take to get the new equipment. Henry and his crew showed up when Henry said they would and they replaced both my heater and my AC. Now I have a spanking new system that is quiet and smooth. That's important to me because my old system was loud and vibrated my house so much that it always felt like an earthquake. The new system is awesome and of high quality. Also, they charged an extremely fair price that included the equipment and labor. If you want to know how pleased I am with Henry and the crew at AM & PM - well, this is my very first ever review of any business. That's how awesome I think they are!

These guys are absolutely amazing! They've been doing routine maintenance on my evaporative cooler for a year and a half now, and my cooler is in great condition. They're always on time, very friendly and professional! They even came out after hours when my cooler was leaking and fixed the problem quickly. They always tell me if there's an issue, and fix it right there if I need! They're also very well priced. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my evaporative cooler.
