I recently moved into a new to me house and suddenly ... when it was 112 degrees outside, which felt like 180 inside the Air Conditioner suddenly wasn't blowing cold. I called Burgess Heating and Air and they came out even quicker than I had hoped. Turns out the system had never been maintained and it led to my emergency. Never again, they told me they also offer maintenance to keep me out of this situation next time! All in all they had the parts on hand and got my house cooled back to a reasonable temp the same night. I am forever grateful ... I'm not built for the heat. Could not recommend them more!
