Highly recommend this company, a gentleman name Charlie came out and explained everything he was doing. I felt he was very knowledgable and he made me feel comfortable and at peace with his presence while he worked. If only everyonre was like him. I have confidence that his service is correct and complete.

Had an issue in that my heater blew. Called Arctic Air n they sent out a technician the next day. Charlie came and checked it all out. Got the invoice and estimate and sent it over to my insurance. Going to get a whole new unit installed. Thanks Charlie for the quick service!

Arctic air is very reliable. They sent Leo and his crew out and they finished my duct and unit installation in 2 days. Great guys! Great customer service! Ask for Leo!!

Charlie was an awesome person to work with. He fixed our heater fast. He even explained what was wrong with it in a manner I understand, as you know most company’s would use complicated terminology. I would definitely call him back for any additional needs.

Some of the best work that I’ve received for all of my HVAC needs. Lucas was a big help I getting everything done. He made sure that all was done quickly and efficiently because of him I highly recommend.

Life has a way of kicking us in the butt most days. We have a rat issue in our attic that ate up the R wire (my Nest thermostat gave an error message). We have a whole new HVAC unit installation from Pennies Heating and Air from 2022 so I called them to repair the R wire. They couldn’t come out soon enough, as I have a 6 month old who needs AC on a hot day like today in Palmdale, so I called Arctic Air. I pleaded my issue and they were able to accommodate me today at 10am. Charlie came to our rescue. He ran a new wire in the attic away from the rat path and the AC was back to working. While looking at the HVAC unit, he noticed several huge hazards that weren’t installed correctly from Pennies Heating and Air, life threatening hazards.
Sometimes things have a way of showing itself. I hated that the rats are chewing into wires. But if it wasn’t for the R wire getting chewed up, I would have never met Charlie from Arctic and would have lived with these potential life threatening hazards until possibly bigger issues erupted. I’m forever grateful for Charlie. Writing this review brings me to tears. There still are good people in this world. Thank you, Charlie.

Wow! I'm so impressed with the work that was done on my home. Lucas was great and so attentive to his work. Him and arctic ice did a great job on all HVAC in my home. I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

Charlie and Kody did a great job servicing my heater and set me up with a membership to service swamp cooler for a very reasonable price. They were very professional and knowledgeable, answering all my questions.

Charlie was great. He gave us so much information so we could make the best decision for our family. A lot of sales people are pushy but he was not. He gave us multiple options to fit our budget. He provided options that would not only better control the air in our house but would also get us the best energy savings.

Work was finished in half a day. The crew were friendly, careful, and great at what they do.

Angel Perez excellently arrived on time and took the time to fully explain the steps he would be taking to assess our heating system. He showed us images of the issue both before and after he fixed it. His extreme dedication to detail and well-organized work truly impressed us. 100% recommended!

By far the best HVAC service I have gotten in a really long time. The way Lucas pays attention to detail and is diligent in his work ethic says a lot. Arctic Air is in the lead as far as all HVAC needs especially with a person like Lucas in the field. They keep changing 1-star reviews to 5. I don't know how.

A few months ago, they came to check our AC, and within 5 minutes, they gave an estimate for 14k. The information they submitted to my insurance also made it easy for my insurance to deny coverage. I got a second opinion and spent 1k on the parts and labor.
