So I called this company a year and a half ago because my AC unit stopped working in the middle of summer. Living out here in Lancaster there's no way you can live without AC during the summer. They sent somebody out the same day and two days later after getting all of the components my AC is up and running. They did an amazing job I can't thank them enough, incredible service, if you want a company that's honest, reliable, affordable and knowledgeable in all things AC and heating do yourself a favor and give them a call You won't be sorry

This was the second time I had them come out for periodic maintenance on my AC. Both times the service was quick and professional. No issues were found but in the high desert heat it doesn’t take much to have for something to happen and have a bad week.

I've used this local family run business done since 2013. The A/C unit they put in then, is running like a top 10 years later!
So why am I writing a review today 8/2/23!

The 2nd unit came to a grinding halt in the 106F heatwave. They did not install it originally. They saved me over $6000.00 today by locating a new motor and installing it plus gave it a tune up!

They have saved customer 12,000.00 for new units. Be SURE at least to get a bid from them before you commit. 😁

The team was very knowledgeable and after troubleshooting and determining that a swap needed to be done, they were able to get it done in a quick manner. Very pleased with how fast it went! Definitely recommend Valley Comfort for HVAC needs.

My upstairs unit started blowing out hot air and it was blazing hot, I reached out to this company and they were quick. They assessed the situation gave me a price ASAP by that afternoon my unit was nice and cool.

The customer service exceeded my expectations so much that I referred them to my parents home where they installed a newer unit. They did a great job!

I highly recommend Valley Comfort Air, (Johnny), to anyone who needs air conditioning repair. My unit went out on the hottest day of the year. The temperature hit 112 degrees! We were suffering and Johnny responded immediately to my repair request. He showed up to my house within the hour. He is very friendly and professional. My unit was up and running almost immediately after he diagnosed and replaced the failed parts. I feel very fortunate that I found Valley Comfort Air and from this day forward, I will trust all of my heating and air conditioning repairs needs to Valley Comfort Air. Excellent service and care.

IMO Valley Comfort is the best local AC and heating company in the AV ! Their service was top-notch. Valley Comfort has been a pleasure to work with. I had one hic-up last summer when my AC went out in the middle of a heat wave, when I called them they immediately accommodated me early the next day.
Eddie the tech is efficient, friendly and gets the job done correctly when he does his twice a year maintenance for my home.

We had a routine maintenance done for the coming cold weather. Wayne was very efficient, informative, and friendly. Richard and his team were knowledgeable, quick, clean, and professional. Econo West was our third proposal and turned out to be the best to fit our expected budget for same work as our first two proposals and quality equipment. We accepted their proposal on a Sunday afternoon and they were ready to start the next morning on Monday. They installed a completely new HVAC system, and a larger return and smart thermostat. Our 30 year old original system was barely functioning and terribly inefficient. Our AC hasn’t worked in 5 years and when it did, hardly made a difference in summer. I’m sure the others we received proposals from are fine contractors and do good work but Richard from Econo West didn’t hard sell a system or work we didn’t need and came in just under our budget number, which was not disclosed to any of the three contractors.

The service provided by Angel was outstanding. He let me know when he was on his way. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing throughout the process.
He cleaned the entire unit, including the outside of the panels.
He was very nice, professional and personable.
I haven’t used any other HVAC company in 35 years. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Econo West every chance I get!

Excellent and efficient routine maintenance on our Spliltter Unit this past week. System runs great. Econo originally installed it and it has been wonderful to have heating AND COOOLING (finally) in our house.

We had a miscommunication between our original technician and us that immediately was resolved by the owner himself. The owner is very hands on and took care of everything . We are very satisfied and will continue to use Econowest . Technicians are very friendly and nice. You receive fast appointment availability. The fact the owner is hands on with the company and employees and customers says a lot about what a great company they are

They replaced my HVAC system that had completely broken down. The job was done in a few days once we knew what was needed. Richard Gomez was amazing. An asset to the company. Very knowledgeable & patient in making clear all that was involved. No pressure just said what was needed. I have known owner for years. Did not mention this fact at first & was so happy to see their excellent values have been carried over in their business & can be felt in their employees way of dealing with you. Very happy with my experience.
