Fast knowledgeable well-trained totally engaged and expert. Thanks so much for sending Wayne. Have been an EconoWest customer for over 15 yrs. Never a problem. TIP: tell them the manufacturer of your equipment when calling for a repair appointment.

Cody worked well while training a partner. Diagnosed my issues quickly, made a few repairs and discussed future servicing needs before wrapping it up. The cost isn’t cheap, but the Night and Day units pay for themselves when working properly.

The BEST company in the valley. I have been doing business with Econo West for many years. They are always professional, knowledgeable and always do an excellent job. I’ve had them do HVAC, plumbing, wall heaters and repiping their crews have never failed on customer service or clean up after the jobs have been completed. First time customer. We had water seeping up through flooring next to A/C closet. I called on a Saturday of long holiday weekend and they sent Cody out within a couple of hours! He found the leak in the condensate line ( in the wall! ), repiped and repaired with minimal wall removal in the A/C closet. Finished in no time flat and cleaned floors after. Highly recommend and will use again!

Our Technician Angel and his team were on time, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had to have the entire outdoor unit replaced. It was expensive, but fair compared to other estimates. I appreciate Econo West and all of their hard work!

The best customer service I have EVER experienced! I called to have my AC diagnosed. Sadly my 15 + year old unit was doa. Thats where Econo West stepped in and had a new unit on my house within 3 days, and that was during a 100+ degree hot spell here in the high desert. From Cody to Jeanne to Christian to the lady answering the calls to the crew that worked on my home to the crane operator and anyone else I may be forgetting to mention...they all are hands down the best in professionalism, customer care, service, experience and most important to me...they showed that they care about my needs as a customer. I was treated the way I would hope to be treated and that means a lot in a world where being the customer means you are a number and expected to get in line. The communication and the help I received to maneuver the process was outstanding. This company is awesome. I have been using them for many, many years. From small fixes to a recent full HVAC unit install, they always have the best prices, and the craftsmanship of work is top-notch. An excellent team of professionals. They were our second choice when our first choice turned up looked at the heater didn’t test anything at all and said oh it’s shot you’ll need a new one $5000. We can have it here tomorrow. Something just didn’t sound right so we called Econo West who reviews before they came out within two hours ran test on the system and discovered that it was a blower motor and a fuse. Could not be happier with these people. Wonderful to finally meet honest, individuals and business not just to make money but they treat their customers right.

Danny was knowledgeable, professsional, communicated effectively and took the time to answer all of my questions. He gave me information about my system that I had no knowledge of. It was a pleasure working with him and I will definitely use Econo West in the future

I had to call Econo West in regards to our ac not turning on.
Upon arrival, the technician Cody, was able to come out and assess what was happening to our unit within in a timely matter.
He was efficient, extremely knowledge and did his due diligence in making sure my husband and I understood exactly what was happening to our unit.
Cody gave us multiple repair options and together we were able to come to an affordable solution.
Codys dedication to his job and customers show immensely.
Needless to say we will be using Econo-West in the future and recommending them to family and friends.

I called this company to get two bathroom faucets and a toilet flow valve installed. I had previously purchased all the parts necessary. A nice young man came out to check out the job, but he could not give an estimate as he had little experience. He called his boss who said it would be $800. I know it's a 2 to 3 hour job. So that labor fee was exorbitant. I called faucet man and they sent out somebody who knew what to do and had the job done in less than 2 hours. The charge was $370. I can no longer trust Econo West.

The company in general has been very good to me. Special thanks to Wayne and Dan for all of their help. Wayne has been to our home several times, never complains, always helpful and wants you, the customer to be happy with the work. I appreciate their dedication and wish more companies followed their old school ideals and principals of simply making the customer happy.

We used Econo West to replace our 22 year old ac unit. After shopping around with several other providers, Richard gave us a fair and competitive price, fantastic service and is always available to answer any questions we have. I have tons of allergies and was very concerned about the cleanliness of my ducts after the home inspector noticed there was no filter on the return. The ducts were beyond filthy but now they’re clean!! Very thorough service, they even installed a new register and filter for me. I feel much better about moving into our new place. The team was very nice and super helpful.

Great experience all around! We noticed our water heater had a leak on New Year’s Eve. We expected to leave voicemails and not hear back for a few days since it was a holiday, but someone answered the phone! I explained the issue and texted them pictures of the water heater and where the leak was coming from. He gave me a quote over the phone and within two days someone was out fixing it! The plumber that came out was very kind and ended up fixing a second issue he found when he arrived. They had great communication, arrived in the time slot given, fixed all issues and took the time to explain the repair they were making. The quote given over the phone was even accurate! We will definitely be calling again if we need any additional services in the future.

We had the BEST experience here! Around 4:30pm we realized that our thermostat stopped working and we panicked. After an hour of trying to figure it out ourselves, we gave up and called Econo. Big Dan and Ethan came to our house within about 10 minutes! They did such a great job, were so considerate, knocked every time before re-entering every single time, and even brought a vacuum to clean up the debris. Great value for an emergency visit and they were so kind and had such positive attitudes. They ended up finding it was a short. They made sure our thermostat was producing heat before leaving. Amazing! Thank you so so much Big Dan and Ethan!
