I have been a customer with Econo West for many years. Always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They also manage to give me options on repair or replace.

Our A/C quit..I called first thing in the morning and they were able to come out the same day! They were honest and truthful about what needed to be done..We went with a new unit and Econo West had it installed and running in a day. Great workers, clean, professional and got the job done. Thank you!

Absolutely recommend Econo West, my heater stopped working Christmas Eve. Long story short, I tried to do it myself. The issue was beyond my capabilities.

Now it's New Year's Eve and time for the professionals. Cody was able to come by that night when no other company could come by for at least 2 days!

Cody was able to get us up and running in no time. He diagnosed, identified, and explained everything needed to be done and what was causing the issue.

Econo West replaced my furnace. Extremely experienced, and at a good price. Left my garage cleaner than when they came in. Re-did the insulation and even gave us a new thermostat. Angel and his guy knew what they were doing, went right to work, took no breaks and were done fast. Most professional business I've used in the last 5+ years. Very satisfied.

Gilbert came out to repair an issue I was having on me water heater. He was very professional and courteous. I was very impressed with his service. The staff of Econo West have all been very accommodating and kind! Thank you all.

We have been working with a swamp cooler for 20-plus years here in the Antelope Valley since our home air conditioning needed repairs and we held off until now. I had three quotes for a new system, and when Richard engineered and quoted me a system with new ducting, I knew this was the person I wanted to install my system. He was talking my language after the research I did for what’s new. He is passionate about air conditioning. Credit goes to Donald too. He was working hard on getting the system and ducting installed on time, and the work was also neat. You are highly recommended with me. Want to give a big shout out to Big Dan for coming out today and saving us from a broken AC unit. The temps were rising and he figured out the problem fast and efficient and we are back to being comfortable in the house. I highly recommend Big Dan and Econo West!!

Cody came out and assessed our heater issues very quickly. He fixed the problem and pointed out some code violations that were in need of attention. He was professional and friendly, as well as knowledgeable. We have used Econo West for many years and have always been completely satisfied and happy with their technicians and the repair work they have done. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

We had Econo West come out to check on our ac unit, it was blowing warm air. I called late in the afternoon on a Thursday and they came out Friday morning. The young man helping us was Cody, he was very knowledgeable and kind. He told us everything that was going on with ac and that they could fix it. We have been in this house for 25 years and never replaced anything. After asking questions which Cody answered, we decided to go with a whole new unit. They came out on Saturday and did the installation, the boys worked really hard in 105 degrees and got it up and running. I have learned that when you work with a company like Econ West there reputation means a lot. They have been in business for 30 years. They will be the company that I use for plumbing and AC from here forward.Thank You Cody for being such an honorable person.

Excellent service all around. I sent an email request this morning for a free estimate on a furnace replacement. Received a phone call from Erika who was so courteous and sent a technician out right away. Richard showed up and with great enthusiasm. He was full of knowledge. He made me feel at easy especially when they could do same day service replacement. He then called in another technician Donald who brought the new furnace and replaced it. My home is nice and warm because of Econo West fast and reliable service team. Thank you so much!

Amazing company, incredible service! Erica was great, she had someone out to me within hours! Wayne is awesome, had us up and running quickly. I would honestly rate them 10 stars but there's only 5 to mark. Couldn't be happier, highly recommend!

This was a pleasant experience dealing with Econo West. My air went down on the hotest day. They came on time very pleasant gentleman named Richard. He assessed the unit and gave us our options and prices. Since our unit was 20 years old we decided to replace. My husband is disabled and can't tolerate the heat very well so they made sure it was all done that day. Thank you Richard, you have my business from now on.

Wayne was Great! He explained everything and didn't try to up sell me on unneeded stuff. He spotted an issue with my heating unit (an out of compliance connection, that a previous tech didn't even realize). He was knowledgeable in his field and very respectful of me and my property. He also made it a point to check to see if any possible discounts that could be offered. I will keep is phone number on file for future issues with my heating and air needs.

Wayne and Econo West are top notch!! We had our ac unit completely replace a couple years ago through a terrible company with our home warranty and have had nothing but problems. Wayne and Econo West have come in and figured out the issues and fixed our unit the way it should have been done originally! No hassel, no overcharging, just good, honest work! The technician introduced himself when he arrived and had a good attitude. I explained to him what I was experiencing with the furnace, and the parts that I had already replaced. He was very knowledgeable with the situation on hand and went straight to work. He found the gas valve not to be operating and recommend to replace it. He explained the repairs and the cost. I appreciated the quick repairs and his professionalism. The home is nice and warm again.
