I reached out to quite a few HVAC companies this morning because my furnace went out on this cold morning and only two responded. Artic Air was the first and was on their way by the time the other responded.

Charlie and Mason showed up with smiles on their faces and ready to work. I loved that they had their own shoe covers because I forgot to offer them mine and they are required for my house. They diagnosed my furnace and went over the issues, in full detail, with me. They provided photos and gave me replacement options to consider. These guys were very professional and it was a pleasure to have them assist me. Thank you!

Artic Air is absolutely awesome! I needed a new system installed and I called 15 companies and Artic Air stood above them all. From the value they offered, their meticulous work and honest rate they absolutely killed it. Charlie is a rockstar and does what he can for the community. I absolutely recommend this company for all your HVAC and AC work!

Man these guys at Arctic Air are amazing and do absolutely great work when it comes to air conditioning. I've rarely seen a company stand by their work like Charlie and the Arctic Air team! Being new to the area we called Arctic Air to repair our 10 year old unit based on a friend's recommendation. I was initially skeptical about the cost of repair, but based on their reputation, we had them continue with replacing the bad capacitor and fan motor. Charlie gave me his cell number in case we encountered any issues. The following day another crew came out with parts and made the repairs. The unit worked for 5 days and went out again. I was concerned that they wouldn't stand by their work, but on the contrary, Charlie responded immediately, and even came in on his day off to make things right. He could have told me any number of things to try selling me a new unit, but he instead clearly explained the situation that included an error on the part of a new employee in training that most companies would have hidden. While it wasn't clear what had caused the new breakdown, he made all of the repairs, including an additional bad part (contactor), at no charge. I went from wary newcomer to ardent supporter! Charlie has earned my trust and I will go to Arctic Air with all my future HVAC needs.

I had Carlos M. come to help out with my parent’s unit after he had done a great job on my own unit and he did such a satisfactory job yet again. Their system desperately needed attention and Carlos did everything he could to get it cleaned up and nice and running efficiently again. My dad was there and asking (too many) questions but Carlos was so patient and answered all questions thoroughly and to where we understood exactly what he was doing. I would recommend Carlos and arctic air to anyone who asks. Carlos you are so talented and so appreciated, thank you!!

Would like to extend our thanks and appreciation to the amazing Arctic Air crew that came out to replace our old HVAC system and air ducts. They did an impecable job with the installation. From start to finish, the crew showed outstanding Professionalism! Always prompt, courteous, informative and never left a mess when their work was done for the day. The crew would clean up everything before they left. We appreciated that.
Would like to thank very much and give recognition to Charlie, who we spoke to first and who spent hours checking out our old system and eventually showing us the old motor which was so bad. If it wasnt for Charlie, we wouldnt have been aware of the serious situation we had.He spent the most time talking to us and showing pictures of how everything was in the attic.Thank you to Angel, Lucas and Javier! These guys were awesome!! They put our minds at ease because this was a huge emergency job which created much anxiety but they were so patient whenever we had questions and stopped what they were doing to answer them. We also had some other work that needed to be done which they took care of especially cleaning the dryer vent which was horrible. Leo did an outstanding job on our AC! We liked how he would explain EVERYTHING to us of what was going on with our AC. We had different companies come check it out but they wouldn’t make it run. He fixed it pretty fast too. We would HIGHLY recommend him and his superior work.

Javier took great care of me even though my heater was installed by someone else last year. He repaired the unit, and explained to me what was wrong and how he repaired it. I would definitely recommend him and the whole Artic Air team.

It was a great experience. Charlie and Richard came to my house for my faulty AC systems/units. They conducted their inspections and discovered the issues. They explained to me the issues and gave me serval options. In the end, I chose to have both my units replaced (they were old and broken). They gave me the best prices and peace of mind. Can’t wait to have my units replaced.

My husband and I had a heating issue, called Arctic Air (w/referral), and found out how shotty the previous companies' work was. I just had Carlos and Richard come by for an inspection and maintenance on my A/C unit. They both were really helpful and very informative. They both were very professional and really went above and beyond to educate me and my wife on routine inspections and maintenance we are able to do ourselves and it was greatly appreciated. Just another reason we will only call Artic Air for our HVAC needs!

My gas wall heater has not worked properly for several years. I lived with it needing to have the pilot lit over and over, sometimes even multiple times in a single day. I called 2 different companies to fix it. One said I needed a new thermostat and I had that done. Still problems. The other company said it was household drafts that blew out pilot. So for the last 2 years or so we have been tapping and re-lighting!! We have artic air for our swamp cooler so we called them. Charlie found so many problems with that heater. He literally had to almost rebuild it…many trips to parts store, at least 4 different home visits to finally have a SAFE and functional heater. We were at risk of a home fire due to the malfunctioning parts in that heater. We had no idea! Thank god we called arctic air! Charlie did not quit until that unit was right! And his last visit he brought his assistant Kody and made the whole issue into a training event for Kody so the next time something like this is encountered the crew will have a video of the problem and the repair. Please believe me when I say your life could literally depend on properly functioning heaters. Call artic air and be sure and safe.

Great pricing and great customer service. Javier was very professional and attentive to my questions and needs. He went out of his way to figure out the issue with our heater this past winter. I had called three other companies to come out to figure out the issue and received three different quotes for a new unit. Javier is definitely someone I can trust and will be calling Arctic Air for all my future needs.

This service has been one of the best I’ve ever received! Lucas was very vocal from the beginning and ensured that my AC was at its best. I trusted him and the service he provided and I do not regret. I would hands down recommend Lucas and Arctic Air for all of your HVAC needs.

Charlie came by and looked over my HVAC in preparation for the cold months. He was thorough and documented the condition of the system, and showed me some issues that occurred during the summer (water damage on wood by ac). He then correctly identified an issue with the AC system not getting cold (system likely froze up in summer, thus the water damage) and let me know how to fix the issue before it gets hit again. Arctic Air has kept my system going for two years now

Carlos was our service technician for our summer AC service. He arrived early within the stated time window and called about 15 minutes prior to his arrival to let us know he was on the way. He was thorough in the review of our AC unit, checked temperature at the vents in the residence and explained the readings to us, and checked the condition of the filter. Our condensation line needed repair and he was able to do that as well as cleaning the outside AC unit, checking readings on the compressor and checking all connectors. Carlos is a knowledgeable professional who explains what he is doing and the reason for any recommended repairs, and answered our questions. Would definitely use Arctic Air again for AC and heating service or repair.

Joe was an amazing person and told us what was wrong with our AC and I recommend him and Artic Air Heating•Air Conditioning I’m very happy with them and they came all the way here to California City from Lancaster if anyone need any work I recommend them 100%.

Charlie and Tim did an amazing job! Any time I have an issue with my HVAC system they are able to handle swiftly and timely. I am having an issue with my thermostat and they came looked at the system and tested the system and gave me options for my system. They checked my system and was able see everything is running smoothly.
