I notice on my wall by my stairs a huge water bubble forming I immediately started to call plumbers for estimates. He came the very next day and on time. He stated I had a pipe burst and gave me a quote. He also recommended a water restoration company and told me my homeowners insurance might be able to cover it. I am new to being a homeowner and never filed a claim before so he walked me through process and I was happy to take all the advice he had to offer. I did call other plumbers but he gave me the best quote and I hired him to fix my pipe.I feel really comfortable with him. He was right about the homeowners insurance and I filed a claim. The restoration company her referred me to was great and it looks like I need allot more work done from the water damage in the bathroom. I am definitely going to hire Nick to come back and complete my bathroom after all the damage is cleared up.

Nick (owner) of McDermott Plumbing came through for me! I had a leaking water heater so I requested a quote through Yelp and he responded immediately and not only offered to come the same day to replace it, but also gave me the best price. I requested a few different quotes from other businesses and his price was by far the lowest. Nick promptly scheduled an appointment and showed up on time and had my water heater replaced and up to code in two hours! He’s friendly and efficient and I’ll be using his services in the future. Highly recommended!

Reached out to McDermott Plumbing my water heater was not working. They came out the same day and they were able to diagnose the problem and quickly fix it the same day!!!!! Nick has been doing work for me for many years now. He has replaced faucets, a garbage disposal, a water heater, & fixed leaks in my home. He has been my go to anytime I have an issue! Talked with Nick the day before, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I described my problems and he suggested a solution and a price right away. Nick is definitely a five star plumber! He replaced both my turn off valves under the kitchen sink. I had no water to the house. He came over shortly after I called him. Got everything under my kitchen sink fixed. Replace the faucet that wasn't working he's amazing and very reasonably priced. I will definitely call him again. So happy to find a plumber!! I was having problems with getting water in my house. This began 3 days ago because of a leak. I fixed the leak but had no indoor water when i finished. I called the number and he was there in about an hour. He knew what he was doing and was able to diagnose and solve my problem. I feel releived after not having water in my house for 3 days. He was friendly and easy to talk too. I recommend him highly for any problems you might have in the future.

Our garbage disposal died 2 days before Thanksgiving. It happened in the evening after most places were closed. After reading all the reviews about Nick and his company I called him around 6:30 in the evening. He was able to accommodate me and came out first thing the next morning and installed a new one. He really saved the day since I was hosting 15 people for Thanksgiving dinner and I still had everything to prepare. They were professional, they arrived on time, they took care of the problem immediately and I was able to get on with my preparations. They were also extremely nice. He will definitely be our go to person from now on.

Nick was very informative and professional. He was able to diagnose my slab leak quickly, and offered a solution/quote on the spot. Even though the repairs went beyond the original quote he still honored it. 5/5 would use him again.

I called on a Friday evening and Nick came right away. He repaired my plumbing issue. Very pleasant, professional and reasonable. He was recommended by a friend. I'm so pleased and I highly recommend him.

I contacted Nick and several other "local" plumbers on a weekend. Nick responded immediately but was unavailable. But he answered a lot of questions and even replied to my question about another plumber's estimate.

Over time I realized that the seemingly local plumbers were just people who would coordinate with local plumbers and likely just take a cut for themselves. In the end, I decided to wait for Nick just because he was so helpful even when I was initially planning on fixing my water heater before he returned from vacation.

Nick did a great job of installing a tankless gas heater. He was fast and efficient, thorough, and cleaned-up after himself. Price seemed reasonable but honestly I didn't really price shop. Highly Recommended.

I highly recommend McDermott Plumbing! They care about what they are doing and did a great job. Even when the job became bigger and harder and plans had to be altered. They always explain the why's and how's to me. Being very professional yet caring, fair and always transparent with me. I wish I had hired them a few years ago, but at least I hired them now.
