They did a fantastic job. With our animals (and laziness), our walls, floors and baseboards were covered with hair and dirt. They worked for four hours to scrub it all off and make our two bedroom apartment sparkle! They were easy to book by text, showed up on time and wore masks and gloves. They were very friendly as well. As an added bonus, most of our items were actually placed back in the correct place, which is always a pet peeve of mine!

Carlos and his team did an incredible job cleaning our home. I was impressed with Carlos' professionalism and his friendliness. Carlos forgot to tell his team that I wanted the inside of my fridge cleaned, but he owned up to his mistake and showed up in person to help his crew finish cleaning.

I truly cannot believe how fortunate I feel to have found Sosa House Cleaning! I had almost given up hope in finding a service that was fairly priced & actually good. Sosa was my last attempt & WOW did they exceed my expectations!! Carlos & Lila provided the VERY BEST (hands down) DEEP cleaning service I have ever had- EVER. I have 3 dogs, 3 kids and a lot of "stuff" to work around & they did not leave a square inch untouched. They work so hard & do not rush whatsoever! Carlos & Lila are honest, professional, warm & kind. In addition to all of that, they go above & beyond to be Covid safe. I could not be happier and highly recommend Sosa House Cleaning !

I have never hired a home cleaning team before but Sosa House Cleaning definitely made the process super easy and affordable! The Sosa team was very understanding and flexible as I was moving into a new home and had some hiccups along the way. They were able to reschedule our initial appointment with ease and they arrived on time and with great attitudes! Another hiccup was that we did not have running water so we had to grab gallons of water from my other place. They were totally understanding about that and were able to work with the bottle water (ah, sorry!!!). Sosa team was very professional and worked super efficiently. I was looking for a housecleaner after the person I used last month (a referral from a good friend) wasn't available to come this week to clean (I was in an accident a few months back and while I recover cannot really clean my apartment b/c I use a walker). I found Sosa House Cleaning on NextDoor and saw they got rave reviews. So I went to their website and liked its thoroughness in terms of services offered (which were the services I wanted). I sent a message via their website and received an email from Carlos. We initially spoke about what I wanted them to do (I have a 1 BR/1 BA apartment, 681 sq ft) and we set up a walk-through, something which in all the years I've used housecleaning services has never happened, and one I appreciated because it allowed them to assess my home, and for us to discuss what would be cleaned so we would all be on the same page. I also liked that they stayed in good contact via text and email.

Well, the cleaning team came this morning and the first thing I thought when I saw all their cleaning equipment is that these folks came to work! And wow, they did an AMAZING job!!! Their work is excellent, thorough, and meticulous (I'm detail-oriented and meticulous myself so I appreciated their level of attention to detail). I don't think there's a surface in my home that was left untouched including corners, baseboards, blinds, windowsills, light fixtures/ceiling fan, wall art--even the legs of my husband's office chair. They also dusted the front of the fabric cubes of my IKEA bookcases (they look like new)! They also cleaned our toaster oven, which, because it sits on the counter near the stove, has become a bit grimy over the years from grease buildup. But when I went into the kitchen after they left the first thing I noticed was how clear the toaster oven glass door was :-D). I am extremely pleased with their work. My home smelled clean and fresh when they left, which is the mark of great housecleaning. I HIGHLY recommend them, and I will use them again!

The team was punctual and friendly :) My house is completely spotless! Every single surface is clean. And they were very careful not to let my cat out. Thank you Sosa House!

Carlos and Lila were willing to come out on Labor Day morning at 8:30am to clean my 2-bedroom/2-bath (800sqft) condo, and they did a great job! The kitchen vent hood had a thick layer of oil and dust deposits, the bathtubs had hard water and soap stains, and the 4 ceiling fans had layers of dust on top, and they cleaned them all so thoroughly! They wiped down all the surfaces and furniture that had dust on, and even moved beds, tables, sofa out so they could vacuum and mop the floors. They even cleaned the window tracks and wiped down each window blind! And of course all the windows and mirrors and counters were sparkling clean as well. The temperature was pretty hot on Labor Day and my place didn’t have AC, but Carlos and Lila were so friendly and nice the whole 5 hours that they were there. Very detailed and thorough and very reasonably priced. I look forward to hiring them again for my new house and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for professional and trustworthy services.

Sosa House Cleaning did a wonderful job! After a very professional assessment visit, the scheduled team of 3 (Anahy, Andrea and Rosa) arrived on time and were thorough and efficient. Very impressed with their detail work. Highly recommend!

I live in the South Bay. For more than two years, I have met with individuals to possibly provide bi-weekly or monthly cleaning and the prices were outrageous, they didn’t show up, or they did it once and it was subpar. Twice I tried 2 different companies that gave me the impression multiple people would show up and it would take a couple hours. On both occasions, one person came and leisurely cleaned the basics, not cleaning fans, blinds or an extras. I was disappointed in the recommended services in the area. I only called people/companies that were rated high or recommended on the next door app.

I gave up trying to find anyone for the last year. I saw people raving about Sosa Cleaning on the next door app & figured I would give it one more try.

I am very glad I did. The owner was professional and courteous from my initial call. He came and looked at the house so he knew how many individuals were appropriate & provided a cost estimate.

The team was thorough in every room, no corners were cut. They were very kind and courteous. Within 15 mins, I felt comfortable enough to leave and complete errands. When I returned the team was finishing and they had done a beautiful job. They really put in the effort & time. They did not skimp on any areas. Definitely worth calling if you are looking for a new company.

I can’t believe that Sosa House Cleaning is just coming to my life right now. I have been missing out on this top notch service for so long! They are worth every penny! All the nooks and crannies that haven’t seen a proper clean in a long while were addressed. Baseboards, window sills, and all other surfaces throughly wiped and sparkling. Each room looks pristine! Even the room with litter robot! The runaway artist cat still in the house! I could not be happier. Soooo grateful to have found them!!! Amazing communication from start to finish. Carlos, Lilia and Marianne did a superb job. I finally found a reliable cleaning go-to. They were thorough and listened to my needs. I can't believe that our stove looks brand new again! I don't know how they got the grease off our air fryer and microwave but they did wonders. They were efficient and quick. Cannot be happier with their work!
